The ticket process was easy and user-friendly. The staff members were nice and easy to talk with. Silvia helped us through the line and had good tips for a great tour. It was nice to wander by ourselves in the museums.

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, but his accent was so thick that my teen kids could not understand half of what he said. Also, he didn’t pause between subjects, so it was often confusing which items he was referring to. The parts we could follow were very interesting, but unfortunately we found it hard to follow much of the time.

She guided our group through the galleries pointing out important works and providing really well presented historical and artistic perspective. Her presentation style was professional, engaging and accurate. She was also a very friendly and funny person. An excellent tour!

Do not use ! The operator switched the time months ago, yet all the vouchers said the original time so we showed up at the official time listed on cocher and misses the tour, no support vendor sent me to via tour and via tour to vendor !
