These tours were excellent however my experience with Viator was not. My 3 rd tour to Colosseum was cancelled on me after I paid and the day before tour. Our travel partners were still able to go and we were not.

The best part was the “skip-the-line” experience. Otherwise, these are places you need to see — at least once in a lifetime — but are overcrowded. The guide seemed to rush us through and was hyper focused on ensuring he didn’t lose anyone on the tour. He didn’t give us a lot of information but for some, it was likely just enough.

The beauty of it all. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The tour cost is spendy but so worth not having to wait in the very long lines. We were able to move through crowds perfectly. Our group was a great mix of people!

The guide Norman was great…very knowledgeable. He was also great at answering any questions the group had, very engaging. He was quite organized at getting a group of 30 with kids through everything well.
As far as the cost goes, the price was quite high compared to other tours, and we did have to wait a bit for tickets and headphones. We signed up for this tour because it was the only one that fit in our itinerary. If you plan early, you can get a much better price for a similar tour.

Marco was an excellent tour guide. The artwork in simply amazing and should not be missed if you are in Rome. When we saw how many hours people had to wait in line, without reservations, we realized it was definitely worth the price. The museums are amazing, but realize you and Many other people will be there: it was overwhelming and impressive. You have to see the ceiling of the Sistine chapel in person to believe it, and “no pictures” so you have to come to experience it.
