The guide for this tour was efficient, friendly, considerate and took everybody’s needs into account. He name the trip come alive with all the information and knowledge excellent service and made the tour very special.

There was a race going on the day we had this tour. They never informed us about a change of the meeting point due to the race so we missed our tour. We tried calling them multiple times with no answer as well as messaging them. They said it was our fault we missed it and wouldn’t give a refund back.

Unfortunately it was very difficult to reach our meeting place due to a bike race going on that day. We should have been warned that we would encounter several obstacles and that no taxis would be available before or after the tour. The guide was great though.

Paulo was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Palatine Hill was my favorite part(a lot of steps). Definitely worth booking a tour, lines were long and we zipped right through!

While the sights themselves were amazing, the organisation at the start wasn’t great (chaotic) and it was quite a big group. The guide was reasonable, he knew his stuff but was difficult to engage with and listen to, especially compared with other tours we’ve been on. Still great to see the three sights though and learn about the history.

Although the initial meeting spot was a bit disorganized and our start time kept changing, thankfully we were able to make the difference times, we had an overall great experience. Our tour included the Colosseum and Ancient Rome which were both incredible to see and learn about. Our guide was very nice and willing to take photos of the individuals.

Fantastic tour! Well-paced, informative, and interactive. Having a smaller group helped make us feel more included as well. One thing to note: during busy seasons your your time may be bumped near the last minute. Some flexibility should be expected.

Vivicos International Travel was pathetic. They changed our confirmed time on short notice, and provided a two hour and fifteen minute tour with time wasted spent standing in a long line at the Colosseum.

I was really disappointed with the unorganized chaos at the Viator “meeting” point. The check-in employees were very rude. Our tour guide; however, was kind and seemed very knowledgeable but we couldn’t hear or understand her with or without the headset.

Excellent tour, lots of information that I would not have known otherwise. The tour guide was a historian, so he had so much knowledge and information. The tour was three hours long and our daughters did start to tire of it halfway through on such a hot dusty day. But me and my husband loved it.

Booked this trip only a couple of weeks before.. we only had one day in Rome and had to be back at the coach at 4.15
Booked it for 11.30 to give us plenty of time as the colosseum was the main attraction for us . When we arrived they’d changed our booking for 1.15pm and the ancient city was first , entrance to the colosseum was 3.30 pm we had only 30 mins inside 😞 they wouldn’t put us on another group or help in any way .. our only saving grace was the tour guide lady .. she was totally amazing and made the whole experience worthwhile , full of knowledge and could not do enough for us .. even managed to get us in the colosseum 15 mins earlier to give us more time 😊 could not praise her enough 👍🏻 she is an asset to a crap company that doesn’t give a crap long as you pay
I give her the 4 stars and would recommend her as a tour guide
