This was the best tour out of the 3 tours we had booked in Rome.
The guide was very elaborate in explaining things, took us to the key viewing points to get the beet views, and even planned the tour in a way to avoid thunderstorms during the tour.
All in all, a very interesting tour that lasted for 3 hours, but didn’t feel like it!

Our guide was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable but it seemed disorganized and when we got to the Colliseum tour we were denied entrance because of some sort of time dispute. We finally entered 30 minutes later.

Finding the guides and pickup spot was difficult. I texted the number provided and they said they were waiting in the spot already but did not show up until about 5 minutes later. The tour also started late (we were waiting for people even though the instructions said we would not wait if you were late) and did not include a viewing of Palatine Hill. The group was not checked prior to departing and multiple headsets did not work and we all had to stop for 10+ minutes to figure out how to get them working. There was also someone who brought a suitcase that was not addressed prior to departure and we therefore had to wait for them as well. The guide was very knowledgeable but I wouldn’t recommend this tour as they seem to struggle logistically and it made our experience very frustrating.
