We have done several tours over the years but I have to say that our tour with Massimo was the best we have ever had! He was on time at the early start – before other guides got there, he was fun, engaging, knowledgeable and entertaining with a good sense of humor too. He knew the best things to show us and tailored what we saw to our interests which was great! No question was unanswered and he even gave us a few tips on things to see elsewhere around Rome – which we did and they too were excellent. A great time and a wonderful guide – thank you Massimo!

We had an amazing tour! Yes, it was early for us, but it was well worth it. Luckily we were a family of six (4 adults 2 children) and essentially we had a private tour guide. Claudia our tour guide was very personable, detailed and answered all our questions especially my youngest 10yr old who had a question for every question. 🙂 Claudia had the patience of a saint with a great personality all while keeping us on schedule. It was amazing to see the statues, paintings, tapestries, and frescoes while also learning about the rich history of Ancient Rome and Christianity. We saw everything on the itinerary and then some after the tour on our own. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable water bottle.

Our guide was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable. That part was great, but we signed up for a group tour of no more than 6 people at $144 each. They put us in a private tour of 2 for $584. They offered to drop the price only $50. They then sent a email and stated no group tours were now available.and reinstated the $584. Tour is excellent but be careful that you get what you think they offered.
