Even though the Sistine Chapel was packed we thoroughly enjoyed this entire tour. Group size was manageable. Our tour guide was filled with great information and so friendly!!

We booked this tour during Easter weekend which was a mistake. We booked a SMALL GROUP. We had over 41 show up(that’s not small) then we get to the front and the guide can’t take more than 30 inside with her! We had to do the whole tour by ourselves didn’t learn a thing wasn’t impressed. Could be a one time thing given the holiday weekend but it was still very stressful.

First off, it was difficult to find where we were supposed to meet our guide and group at 2:15. When we finally walked over to the entrance of the museum, apparently our vouchers weren’t valid and we stood around until 3:30 for our tour guide to communicate with the “main office” who wasn’t answering their phones to get straightened out the problem and hand us our tickets. Then we waited another 30 minutes until they let our group go through. They wouldn’t let us continue on because they were waiting on headsets at which we waited another 10 minutes and just left. Total waste of money. I hope we get some sort of refund.

Jed did a good job in difficult circumstances as he was our guide on Easter Saturday- one of the busiest days of the year and it was chaotic that day! Jeb managed to balance respect for the Catholic faith with good humour and storytelling.

The tour guide was helpful and super informative. The Vatican was extremely crowded but we were given headphones to make sure we could hear the tour guide throughout. The meeting spot was easy to find. If you want to know what you’re looking at, this tour is a good idea. Otherwise it’s hard to stop and find much more info with the crazy crowds.

A great way to experience the clutch Vatican sights. Our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Beware, this is a non-stop three-and-a-half hour walking tour. There are no real breaks or places to sit and rest. Depending upon the time of your tour, the Vatican sights can be punishingly crowded. Our tour guide did an excellent job of managing us through the crowds, but it can be a tiring experience if unfamiliar or unprepared.

We contacted tour guide and heard nothing back until an hour later and was told we didn’t arrive on time and wouldn’t be given a refund which was completely false.
Highly recommended booking else where.
