Accueil très sympathique, les personnes sont disponibles, on a téléphoné de France et on a eu nos renseignements tout de suite.
    La visite a été parfaite.

This was my first ever trip to Rome. This tour was also the first I took during this trip.
The tour was EXCELLENT! The tour guide was informative, thorough, cheerful, and bought things to life without being overwhelming or pushy.
It is easy to see how one can miss so much in the Vatican Museums with so much to see. We were expertly guided through the halls at a pace that was just the right balance between lazy and death march!
We were able to see all of the de riguer pieces and our guide was extremely accommodating. He made sure we were prepared for what to expect. For example, since the Sistine Chapel is a sacred place and active church, he is forbidden from explaining things while inside. So we spent some time beforehand being guided on what to look for and the history so that once we were within we wouldn’t miss anything.
I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

This tour was nowhere near the advertised 3 hours in length. It was little over 2.0 hours and that included about .5 hours getting everyone together, walking to the Vatican museums, security, sorting out how many of which kind of tickets were needed, buying them, getting headsets etc.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. But it would have been good to have stopped at a few more points, allow a bit more time for people to take photos, check out items of interest etc.

Was ok. Can’t compare to St Peters. Guide was kinda knowledgeable but not great. Would have preferred more of an art student or art teacher type.

Sergio made the tour personal for us and the other tourists, by answering all our questions and not rushing us yet keeping us on track. Very knowledgeable and pleasant

Because of the taxi strike, we were late for our original tour.
We were allowed to join the 12:45 tour.
The guide was rude, unprofessional and grossly inappropriate with the young women in the group.
The tour included St. Peter’s but he ended the tour before we got to the Basilica.
All is all, he was horrible and hopefully not representative of your organization.

Viator took my booking for a tour of the Vatican and Sistine chapel for Saturday the 11th Feb. We went to the office as directed from the email that was sent to us only to find out the Vatican doesn’t open of a Saturday.

Il y a énormément de monde et donc heureusement nous avons pris des billets coupé file
    Ce fût une incroyable expérience

  10. Cam_M

The tour guide was very good. The tour itself was not. It’s said that 25,000 visit the Vatican each day and we felt like they were all there at the same time we were.

  11. Ikra_C

Terrible service. Paid extra for skip the line, ended up standing in line for two hours, and ditching the guided tour to avoid standing more in line. Waste of money.

  12. scott_b

Tour was neat to see the museums and the Sistine chapel but way too many people. Not something I would do again. You must really love history, architecture and strong catholic faith to enjoy completely. If you want to take your time this is not the tour as it goes quick and not a lot of time to stop and study

  13. Bernadette_E

The Vatican was unbelievably brilliant and the tour guide Monica was just fantastic.
I would recommend this to everyone

Anna was a wonderful tour guide, worth it for her and skipping the line. Access to museums was quick and easy, good tour experience.

  15. Lauren_I

Tour guide was amazing. He was very direct and open about what to expect. This helped manage expectations and ensure we stayed together. The tour does go fast and the museum was super crowded but I liked that he pointed out the major pieces and it gives just enough energy for the grand finale – the Sistine Chapel. There is always the option to explore the museum again unguided. While St. Peters Basilica is unguided, it was nice that the we were able to bypass the line and go straight in.

  16. Jim_M

The guide was good but the crowds were almost suffocating.
And way too much time was spent standing in the sun looking at pictures of the Sistene’s murals rather than getting to the real thing.
