When a guided tour is booked in English I expect to pay a premium for a premium experience. When 90% of the guides commentary is unintelligible due to a very pronounced accent and the tour itself does not match the description I expect and have requested a 50% refund to match what I could have paid for a self guided tour. I consider this generous considering the stress of trying to decipher the “English” commentary. I will update on Viator’s response to advise if the “quality” they promote is practiced.

The coordinator was not responsive. We called 29 times, emailed, and texted. The provided instructions/directions will take you to the upper level of colosseum metro stop. It’s scam! Don’t buy it! Don’t waste your time and money

Er heerstte wat verwarring rond welke tour nu precies geboekt werd, gezien de organisator ter plaatse aangaf dat er de laatste weken technische problemen zouden zijn rond het boeken van tickets voor Colosseum. Controleer dus best bij de organisator zelf welke tour je hebt, en vertrouw niet blind op de beschrijving van bookingsites.
