The pick up is early but it is worth seeing the sun rise over the pyramids. Dress warm in sweatshirt and layer as the day gets warmer. It was well organized and very smooth ride

I had a great time on my balloon tour. The guides were very friendly and really helped to contribute to experience. I opted for the breakfast and Teotihuacan visit. Breakfast in the cave was very cool, and the food was great. After breakfast, we were brought to a tourist souvenir spot and given a presentation on different meaningful artifacts, and of course were encouraged to buy some souvenirs. The guide on that part of the tour was very friendly and didn’t extend very much sales pressure. After the souvenir shop we were brought to Teotihuacan and were given flexibility in how long we wanted to stay, one hour, or two hours. The other travelers in the group and I decided on 90 minutes and that was a perfect length of time for the time of day. I’d really recommend this tour to anyone.

Team was super organized and confident, and made sure we all felt safe. I thought I would feel nervous, but didn’t feel so one bit.
Was easy to coordinate hotel pick-up in the morning as well.
Cave experience was also very cool!

The hot air balloon trip was great but the transportation they used to pick up us from the hotel to the activities was very uncomfortable. We were 4 adults in a small car and
the trip time was around an hour to 1 an half. They tour guides didn’t explain the dynamic of the tour that well. We were confused most of the time.

45 minute late pickup, driver drove 85 mph+ to make up for lost time. We were in a private car. No tour bus. No AC either. This was not a sunrise event as advertised. Get yourself to the location and avoid undependable second party.

Highly recommend! We were very nervous at first but the team was great at explaining everything! We got picked up at our hotel and got taken into the hot air balloons. The experience was amazing. Had such a great time. Afterwords, we headed to breakfast in a cave, followed by the pyramids. I would definitely do this again.
