The tour was at 8:20, we arrived at the meeting point at 8am but we didn’t board the bus until almost 9. The bus had a strange smell (type of bathroom but there was no bathroom) because of that and the departure time, I consider that the relation price-quality was GOOD.

when i placed my booking i choosed pickup point no.3 bec it was near to our hotel but the amigo tours email to me that our pickup point will at no.2 far from our hotel and it was 7:50am while pickup no.3 the one i choose was 850am. later on i found out that they will pickup at point no.1,2&3. we woke up very early and did not eat our hotel breakfast bec we do not want to be late on our pickup point. Then when we arrived at auditorio nacional we could not find the bus or tour guide bec there was no placard or signage abt the tour.the front area is so big. there so many people and most of then cannot speak english. Also why the lunch time is 2-3pm. why do not take a lunch before the actual tour. tourist are hungry. that day is not a good one. charged to experienced.

If it weren’t for the fact that they take you to many places so you can spend on souvenirs, the time in the pyramids would be longer and more enjoyable. Inside the transport: it had a water drainage problem and three passengers in three seats in a row fell on us with a stream of brown water, wetting our heads and clothes. The food in the restaurant near the Pyramids was cooked with old oil, it gave me a bit of indigestion. I requested that my money be refunded and they did not answer me.
