So much fun learning how to make delicious food!!! Both of our instructors were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only wish I could receive the email for the recipes and pictures they took. I scanned the bar code correctly and filled out the info, but got nothing.
Very Very Fun Evening!!!!

The served amatriciana sauce tasted like Campbell’s soup and had what looked and tasted like Baco-bits on top. Rolling the dough was fun and educational. The dough making was hands on. The tiramisu involved standing in the back and watching 2-3 people prepare.

I would have like to receive the recipes plus the photo. I scan the code and sent my email address but never received anything. I contact you gave the date May 11 and all the other information that you ask for. You said you would contact them. I’m still waiting. It’s been a few weeks ago and still on photo or recipes. One of my best experiences in Rome! The only downside was they sent the wrong group photos the next day.

Making the noodles and seeing them emerge off the knife was fun. And the fettuccine was delicious!ll

Chef Mary was a great instructor. She encouraged us! We will definitely be making pasta at home some time soon! The restaurant was easy to find. I think we enjoyed sitting at the table afterward and eating our creations and visiting with the other participants as much as making the pasta. The link to pictures was priceless. Would love to have some sauce recipes too!

My husband and I enjoyed this class. Our chef was Leonardo and he was an awesome instructor. He was very personable and helpful. He allowed for participation with our group and made everyone feel comfortable. We made the dessert first and then worked on the pasta for dinner. He worked with us step by step until we all had created pasta noodles and stuffed ravioli. We enjoyed conversation with the group participants and finally our class created meal. This was a great class however the only thing that kind of made me raise an eyebrow was when our self made pasta was returned to us to eat, the plate I received was not the pasta I made. I was the last person to get my dinner after quite a lengthy wait. Not sure what happened in the kitchen for this to occur and not sure whose pasta I ate. Other than this minor incident, we really enjoyed this experience.
