We were disappointed with this tour. It seemed like once we made the pasta we were totally ignored. The cacio and Pepe was TOO salty. They promised us recipes and class pictures. We got the recipes and I have no idea whose pictures they sent but it’s not us. We were supposed to get limoncello as part of the experience and they said they were out of limoncello. Are you kidding ? In Italy ? And they knew we were having the class so they should have been prepared.

Jessie was such a wonderful teacher and we had so much fun!! I was a bit nervous to take the class with my 8 year old daughter (in case she couldn’t keep up with the adults), but Jessie was there every step of the way to make sure everyone was on track, helped her with the knife handling, and it all turned out wonderfully!! This is a MUST DO in Rome!

We were surprised that the class was held in a highly rated restaurant. Very friendly group of people who are now friends. And – the food was excellent!!
Jennifer_I –
Good fun for me, my husband, and my foodie 18 year old. Jessica is a great teacher and fun to work with
Jill_W –
Perfect evening and fun and delicious! Chef Jess was fantastic! One comment should have a sign or a person at the entrance for where to go because nobody seemed to know where to go to Meet the group. Everything was perfect!
Melissa_L –
Our chef Jess was the best! She was so entertaining and energetic. She made the class so much fun, just overall amazing!
Tammy_W –
So much fun!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome. We had a great time! Our chef, Jessica was very sweet and super attentive.

Great experience. Jessica was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this activity to other couples!!

We arrived in Rome the morning of our pasta class. The venue was easy to find, lovely inside, clean and charming. Our chef teacher was terrific, guiding us through the process to make pasta dough from scratch. Each student’s pasta was labeled and then served to us at a long dinner table with the other students. Our four 20-something kids loved the experience!
Rachel_C –
Beautiful food wine and company. Took a little while for the finished product to come to the table, but other than that was great
Zach_B –
My wife and I enjoyed making our pasta entirely ourselves from start to finish. Jessica was fun and an excellent teacher. After making our pasta, we chose which sauce we wanted and sat down at a nice private table. We thought the combination of making our pasta and them preparing the dish was perfect for a fun date night.

Ok, this was so much fun! Our family really enjoyed this experience and had a blast. The restaurant was easy to find and Chef Jess was the BEST! We were pasta making pros by the end.
For the price, this was really a bargain since it also included your meal and drinks!
It was an authentic and informative experience and after, we strolled Trastevere to get a more “local” vibe than just seeing the typical tourist areas.
We look forward to recommending this class to other friends and family.

This was one of our favorite experiences of our trip. From the charming and beautiful restaurant Ercoli, to the upbeat chef, it was so fun making pasta and chatting with fellow travelers from all over the world. And the food and wine were delicious! We arrived a couple hours early to explore and shop in the unique clothing and shoe boutiques in the Trastevere neighborhood like DJ dress and Carlo Cecchini.

I highly recommend this activity. The place was easy to find and was an adorable Italian market with an area of prepared foods, a bar, a wine bar and several private rooms one of which was used for our class. Tomas was our instructor and was very engaging and made this class very enjoyable. The group consisted of 11 people and the crowd was very friendly. There was even an engagement that happened during the pasta making experience. After we made our pasta we were brought to a casual eating area where we were served bruschetta and wine. The pasta was delicious!

Very fun
Chef Maria was great
A bit expensive for 1 hour of pasta class and 1 hour of eating but much fun
Tyler_P –
This was a super fun class! The instructor was fantastic, and we had a really great time making pasta and hanging out with the other people in the class. Highly recommend!
Mackenzie_D –
Highly recommend this pasta making experience. Our chef was fantastic, she was super fun, funny, and engaging. She gave a brief background and history on pasta making and then walked us through how to make two types of pasta. She gave some great tips and it was a really fun experience overall. My husband and I were with 8 other people in the group, it was great meeting new people from around the world. After making the pasta, the restaurant cooked it for us and added the two types of sauces while we waited in a private room and had wine and bruschetta until it was ready followed by lemoncello or coffee. The restaurant itself is also super cool and great atmosphere. Overall a great experience for the price and would recommend to others.
Lori_M –
Jessica, the chef who taught the class was great! The restaurant where it was held was very nice. We enjoyed the lesson and we’re anxious to eat the pasta we made. Unfortunately, they didn’t cook it long enough. It was so doughy nobody in the group could eat it.

Chef Mary was wonderful!! Such a fun class. My husband and I will be taking back what we learned and making fresh pasta for ourselves
