Top experience, I would 100% recommend! The food was delicious, and we learned a great deal about the processes and philosophy behind the food.
It was a fairly large group so not all participants got to do all parts of the process, but I feel like I learned enough to reproduce and iterate upon the courses. A wonderful time!

The two instructors was absolutely delightful and equally amazing as we progressed through the class. We all asked a lot of questions about ingredients and the equivalent in the US to ensure it tastes the same or similar. Both were very knowledgeable about flour and sugar types to use once we all return home.
I also had the chance to meet a great deal of awesome people who were attending the class.

This was such an incredible time ! My sister and I adored this class the chefs are so kind and passionate and the food is delicious. You get an appetizer, the pasta you make and gelato, wine (white and red, water and pop drinks). I would recommend this to everyone. We would go back just for this.
We arrived late due to closed roads for the bike races but it is hard to find so give yourself the time google gave us 2 addresses that were 1 street apart. ** the number is 9b on the door – the door had vine/plants around it. It was hard to identify at first but worth the work!

We asked for the recipes and the chefs were unprepared to give them to us. This almost completely negated the value of the experience. I was there to learn and take my lessons home. Other than learning some techniques which I did not know, I could have learned this class from the myriad of cookbooks I have.
This took a fabulous experience and diminished its joy and value.

This was the perfect evening in Rome for my family of 4. Our chefs were personable, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even that much better. The group was small so felt more personable and it was nice to have friendly conversations while preparing the meal. We loved working together and then eating our pasta! My 11 year old daughter said this was her favorite activity of our trip.
