    Chef Paolo was amazing! This class was well thought out, personable, entertaining, and fun. I gave them an extra challenge of needing to make Gluten Free pasta and tiramisu and Chef Paolo rose to the challenge. He even made me a separate workstation to keep me safe. We have kids ranging in age from almost 5, 15, and 18 years and we all had a lot of fun. Thank you for such a memorable experience for us!

    10/10 would recommend. We booked late the night before because our other tour canceled on us. We ended up having a private class and we had so much fun! The host was funny and super engaging! He helped us when we needed it and we had wine and lemon chello with our pasta and tiramisu. A great time in a great location! Waiting on the recipes via email so we can make the pasta at home

    Cooking class was more a group cooking class. The only thing individuals made was pasta dough. Sauce made by kitchen staff and we were not invited. Tiramusu made with blender in one community bowl.

    With two other couples we attended Paolo’s cooking class. We had a great time, Paolo friendly fun and speaks english well. Be sure to see Claudio for a great choice of wine to enhance the experience. We have traveled extensively, using Viator for excursions. I highly recommend Paolo’s class. While we were adults ranging early 40s to early 70s there were children there as well. A total of 12 in the class with us being six of them. A goid time was had by all.

    Paolo taught us how to make pasta and tiramisu, he explained it well and gave us the recipe. There was only 5 of us, so the atmosphere was really nice. We ate our pasta outside, on a terrace. The restaurant where it was located was nicely decorated and comfortable.

    We are traveling with a group of 8 ages 10-79 and most of us without much cooking experience. Paolo and his co worker were warm and welcoming, the restaurant lovely and clean. The instructions easy to follow – the pasta and tiramisu delicious. One of our treasured memories.
