The entire experience was so fun and delicious! The class is filled with about 15-20 people but the restaurant has enough room for us all. The first half of the class we watch the chef teach us how to make tiramisu while people go up and volunteer to help with main steps. We each whip up our own dessert from the ingredients made.
Then we get to the pasta making. There is always another person walking around to teach and help which I needed. At the end, you choose your sauce and the pasta gets cooked with the sauce and get a glass of wine.
    Overall super fun!

Daisy(?) was our great chef teacher and was so charming and funny. Our class was 20 ppl but it was not too big. We got to participate and make our own pasta and tiramisu. Lunch was served out back on a lovely terrace with wine. A great alternative to days full of guided tours.

My husband, son and I had an amazing time for at the tiramisu and pasta cooking class May 23rd. There were 2 classes at the same time – about 20 people each. Our instructor was phenomenal – very personable.
The class went from 12:30 to about 2:30. Once you make your pasta you can choose between 3 sauces. It was a bit busy at the restaurant and it took almost an hour to receive our pasta then the tiramisu (which we made first so it would have time to be chilled). The experience is worth it but it will take up most of the afternoon.

Our wonderful guide showed us how to make pasta and then how to make tiramisu. Pasta is more difficult. Then you get to eat what you made! Thoroughly enjoyable!

This was a fun event for our family with 3 teenagers. Our instructor was entertaining and we all had fun making our pasta and tiramisu. And we were quite hungry by the time we got to eat it together!

What fun! We went as a family of four with kids age 12 and 10. The girls were the youngest of the group but had so fun h fun and kept up no problem. It was a real highlight of our trip. Desi was a fabulous instructor. She was lively, light, and patient. The class involved cooking first and a bit of a wait before actually eating anything. I’d suggest not going in too hungry. The class is part of a restaurant and many Italian speaking guests (locals?) of the restaurant which is always a good sign.
