I received a phone call the day before stating that a tour guide was not available and that I would receive a refund in two weeks. My cousin and her family booked the same tour at the same time but had no issues. My theory is that the your company booked too many for the tour, which is disappointing given that my credit card was charged.

Addie was very organised. The skip the line entry worked great. The Louvre was overwhelming and awe inspiring but Addie guided us through smoothly. Her knowledge and details for the group was informative and entertaining. The best way to be introduced to the Louvre!

Was informed via email day before tour that it had been canceled due to operator emergency after being scheduled well in advance. They also had no more tours available for reschedule. Museum had no opening times during whole vacation. Was told two weeks for refund. Terrible experience with this company. I do not recommend.

The tour guide voice was very hoarse. Paid for English speaking but could barely understand the guide

Only way to see the Louvre. It’s so huge that you need someone to guide you and tell you a little about the art. Our guide was knowledgeable and keep our group moving. Also, skipping the long line was appreciated.

This was a wonderful way to experience the Louvre. Our guide Severigne was energetic, fun and so knowledgeable about the museum and art history. It was great to be there and not feel overwhelmed!

Gregory was engaging and relaxed. The information he offered was original and insightful – made for an enjoyable tour of a massive museum. I am looking forward to returning to continue my explorations.

  9. Shawna_K

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. Skipping the queue and having the option to stay longer was a positive, as well as being able to store extra bags or coats in the group lockers.

Maxim was knowledgeable and entertaining, and we learned a lot about the Louvre, Paris and the art – Greek & Roman sculpture and French painting.

The tourist guide explained well the history of some of the impt paintings and sculptures. On the part of Mona Lisa, it was too fast that the guards keeps on rushing the lines, thus we were unable to get a nice photo with Mona Lisa’s painting.

Never went……was cancelled at the last minute! EXTREMELY disappointed with Viator as we had another tour cancelled as well.

  13. Stephanie_W

Benefit that we skipped the line. We thought we’d get to Mona Lisa etc early but no. Our tour guide spent sometimes 10 or more minutes on 1 painting or statue, and not famous ones. Every member of the group dropped out. We had no idea what rooms we visited and what was left. Disappointing.

Our guide was OUTSTANDING and so knowledgable. He made the trip fun and explained why some works that get overlooked by so many are, in fact, so very important, despite not being very popular attractions. The Louvre is absolutely enormous, and we would never have been able to find all the works our guide took us to that day. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely book this same trip with this same guide.

This is one of the best tours you will experience. Anna our guide was full of information and made the tour really interesting and fun. Definitely recommend this tour for your next trip to the Louvre.

Our guide, Adi, was exceptional. She was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the history of the Lourve Museum and it’s contents. We enjoyed her enthusiasm and willingness to answer questions from everyone. We are so happy to have shared this amazing experience with her.
    Thank you, Adi!!

Hi the most memorable moment was all the Art Work we got to see and our Tour guide Anna was extremely informative and a absolutely wonderful lady who went out of her way to include and interact with everyone in her group.

  19. Chad_A

Great experience. Our guide Anna was so thoughtful and well prepared. In my view we received the perfect amount of detail. Enough to help us understand what we were seeing but never boring or overwhelming. And we never waited for anything.
And of course the Louvre is amazing. Such an eclectic collection unlike what I’ve seen in US museums.
