He directed us straight to the Mona Lisa line after a quick stop at security. Be ready to walk fast to keep up with guide. Read directions closely so you know where to meet the guide.

Excellent price to see the Louvre without waiting in the never ending queues. Waked straight in from the Porte de Lion to enjoy the museum at our own pace. Later in the evening we took the complimentary cruise down the Seine. An unforgettable day! 🇫🇷

Very clean. Helpful staff. Beautiful. Best time to go first thing in the morning. Shorter line. Take the first session at 9am if you can. Staff knew exactly where to direct you with good English.

It’s the Louvre. Of course it was amazing! Due to a bus issue with our tour we didn’t make it in time in our scheduled day. So we scrambled to get tickets the next day with Viator. I don’t understand how you charge for youth tickets when kids are free???

Great insights on Mona Lisa and liberty.
I learnt a whole lot about how rome stole greek culture and france stole roman culture.

The Louvre was beautiful! Exchanging the vouchers for our tickets not so much due to location and no sign(s). There should be signs on the window(s) indicating ex.,“Vouchers Exchanged for Louvre Tickets Here”. After the Louvre we did not make it to the Seine river cruise as my husband is on a cane & due to an unexpected medical issue I was on crutches so we were unable to get outside the Louvre and to transportation in enough time (although several people tried to direct us, directions did not really work.) Finally a worker asked a woman who worked there if she could help. She kindly took us across several halls & up escalators, she also had to get some direction, to the right exit! (A special thanks to her!) But we were exhausted and could not make it to the river cruise. Hope others will do better!

Great value, staff were super helpful with explaining where to go and how to get there. Value for the entry to the louvre and the boat cruise was well worth it!

  9. Sandra_P

    Super easy, super worth it!
Just know you have to pick up the tickets ahead of time. However, where you are picking the tickets up is a quick walk from the entrance so not a big deal. As long as you know what you are getting, it’s totally worth the price.

We did the direct to Mona Lisa option. Our guide, Monty, was fantastic! It was a bit tricky to find the starting point of the tour, but just allow plenty of time to find the location. It’s crowded and there are other tours going on and meeting in similar starting points.

Very hard to find the agents to redeem the ticket. Also the guide speak to small cannot hear majority of what’s he said.

They replied easily on your email request, especially if you want to change your schedule. The staff at their office were very accomodating.

The Louvre is a must see in Paris. The artwork as well as the architecture of the palace are breath taking. Of course you can get tickets on your own but believe me it will be chaotic. Going through Viator was a breeze & we were able to walk right in. You will not enter by the famous pyramid, but you can exit at the pyramid for your photo oops which is what we did. The only issue I had was finding the location to pick up the tickets. There is an address listed on the online voucher whus is correct, but have a name of the business would have been great. The directions on the voucher mentioned the golden status so I was looking for a person to meet me near the status which is now some other excursions work, but the location is a actually an office near the statue. Updating that information on the voucher would be great. It only took us about 5 minutes yo figure it out. After that we were good to go.,

Did this as a last minute option. Helpful staff. The ticket was easy to get and they directed me helpfully to an entrance that had no line and saved me an hour of time at least

  15. Gina_m

We were able to find our ticket agent and skip a huge line to buy tickets on site. The Louvre was incredible and overwhelming. We loved it! Then took the scenic relaxing Siene river cruise!

Tour guide was just meh, unfortunately. She gave no info, spoke too quietly and just ushers you through to the Mona Lisa. She told no facts or information and rushes through so fast my 10 and 12 year old could barely keep up. I only recommend it based on navigation through the museum but nothing more.

An amazing place to go when visiting Paris. Booking with Viator made the service stress free and with no hassle. Great help to save time at the entrance ( lines are very long if you don’t have a reservation). Definitely recommended. The Mona Lisa was worth it as was the Egyptian display! Xx

  18. Stefanie_D

The tour operator is perfectly fine, no complaints there but this ticket was only really worth skipping the line so a bit over priced for that. It’s not guided

  19. Curtis_R

The best part was i picked up my ticket at the meeting point across from the museum and then went through a private entrance skipping all lines!!

  20. Cidalia_B

Ticket office was conveniently located near the museum and they explained everything very well. The boat tour was great too
