Adam was easily the best tour guide I have ever had with Viator. His depth of knowledge of Paris, art and the Louvre was astounding.

  2. colleen_o

Adam has a wealth of knowledge to share with the world. I learned so much and appreciated all that was offered.

  3. Constance_K

Absolutely no down side to this – organized assembly and smooth passage via the most excellent guide Adam. He really made the visit special, informative, inclusive, passionate, humorous, safe, efficient, unexpectedly good.

  4. Davide_S

Our guide Avi was extremely inciteful with his vast knowledge of art history. He was very helpful to point out all the featured paintings and sculptures, their specific characteristics and nuances. Highly recommend this tour and the timing later in the day was excellent.

Ari was great as he told us lots of facts and stories about the objects, art and the artists. Highly recommend Ari as a guide love it

Adam was the best! We haven’t stopped talking about our experience and how informative Adam is. He kept us engaged and is seriously so knowledgeable in everything. We would go back just to have Adam teach us everything in France. If you are unsure you should absolutely book it! You will be so happy you did!

Touring the Louvre at night was a good way to see the works of the masters so closely and without the crowds. Our guide brought the artists to life with his knowledge of history and the arts. Our favorite was the Mona Lisa, of course!

  8. Jamaal_J

Not having to wait for tickets was great, but the title of the tour is a bit misleading. The guide was always ten paces ahead of the group or lingering far too long in a single piece. Instead of seeing everything we saw highlights which the guide pre-determined without input from the group.

  9. Stewart_S

Passionate and knowledgeable guide! Juan made the paintings come alive! I would recommend this tour.

  10. Michelle_S

Wayne did a great job of bringing the art to life and telling us the history or pieces that we saw. Our tour was cut short due to room closures which we found disappointing.

We loved our tour guide Emily. She was extremely knowledgeable of the work and was easy to hear. She took us to several of the must see pieces with wonderful history and explanation behind the pieces.
We walked right in with total ease on a very busy day at the museum. If you are trying to visit Paris with limited time this was a wonderful way to enjoy the highlights. Thank you Emily for a wonderful morning at the Louvre.

Avi was an incredible guide! His knowledge of art history truly made the tour come alive! Even though you could tell that he’d done this tour a million times, he was just as passionate about the collection as he likely was on his first day! The Louvre is incredible and seeing the collections in the evening is truly the way to go to avoid the crowds. You do a lot of walking so as your planning your trip, keep that in mind. Don’t be like me and walk 7 miles before coming to the Louvre. While there are places to sit down, you don’t find any places for drinks. In the summer it can be quite hot here.

The guide was very knowledgeable. She talked about things and made them interesting to all. Quick to answer questions. Great pace. The time flew! And the Mona Lisa at the end with a very small crowd was wonderful

The tour guide Adam brought the entire experience to life. Simply amazing the way he was able to give such detail to the works of art and the knowledge he had.

This tour was enjoyable. Even though it was after hours, there were still a lot of people. I enjoyed seeing the ruins of the palace below the Louvre.
Ramon S. Rorvik gave a very comprehensive tour and was extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed with how she combined the art with history.
She moved the group through the Louvre so that we missed most of the crowd at Mona Lisa.
I enjoyed that I could still listen to Ranona and move around the gallery at my own pace.
If you are not an art or history buff this tour is not for you.

This was the perfect way for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers to experience the Louvre. It was the right amount of time and less crowded. So much so that at the end of the tour we essentially had the Mona Lisa to ourselves. Out tour guide was extremely knowledgable about the art and history of the exhibit and made it a more meaningful experience. If you are looking for a expedited tour this is the one.

Our guide was a gem! Knowledgeable; kept up a perfect pace; engaging. The Louvre would have been overwhelming without her.

Great tour with very informative tour guide.
His commentary was very enjoyable and made sure Everyone had a chance to ask questions.

We booked a 3 hour art tour for me, my husband, and our two kids (age 10 and 12). I will say that 3 hours was a bit long for our kiddos, but our guide Ramona Rorvik was outstanding. Her passion and knowledge came through at every turn. She connected the sculptures, art, and architecture to history and culture. Her energy and excitement for all of it left us with a sense of wonder and, also, a curiosity to learn more. What more could you hope for from a whirlwind tour of the highlights? If you have 3 hours and even a mild interest in the Louvre, definitely consider this tour!
