We had a wonderful day and Karen our tour guide was not only very friendly but very knowledgeable as well. We weren’t able to see Westminster Abby because they were setting up for the upcoming coronation but St Paul’s Cathedral was amazing still. All in all well worth what we paid.

Adrian was our guide. He got us to the front row for the changing of the guard. He couldn’t go into Westminster Abbey due to the coronation but he told us what to look for.

I was very disappointed with the day. I was looking forward to the changing of the guard which was included BUT does not happen on the day of my tour and nothing was offered instead. For the afternoon there was a lot of confusion at the boat terminal and was basically a taxi ride down the Thames. At the Tower of London our guide made the assumption that we only wanted to see the Crown Jewels. The line for this was incredibly long and we would have spent at least an hour standing. We got little to no information on the towers and several of us left the group and toured on our own. Finally the information provided by Viatour was scant at best. Most of us had no idea that we were on our own getting back to the starting point. I will not use this company again

Not what was expected in the description. Was made out to seem more comprehensive. We spent an inordinate amount of time in the Tower of London. Additionally, our morning tour guide was horrible. She gave us a few details about the Westminster Abbey but not enthusiastic at all. The cruise was botched. Took forever to get on the boat. It seemed as if this was the first time they gave the tour.

The tour of the Westminster Abbey was great as well as the tour guide. But we were not informed where the meeting place of the Tower of London tour I have not receive any email so we missed the tour so I demand a refund on those tours . No changing of the guards , no river boat cruise, no tower bridge so this is not a day in London we only toured for 2 hours from 9-11 am and that’s it . It’s not worth it the amount I paid for the tours

Do not trust visitor.com!! I booked a $700 tour with. The guide NEVER showed up. Aviator never picked up the phone or responded to txts or emails. They did charge my card right away. Not only they made me and my family waste 1/2 of our day, but also we couldn’t visit all the monuments that this beautiful city has to offer.
Please don’t trust this vendor they are 😣
