A nossa guia, Sra. Mila, foi pontual, solícita e muito paciente e educada com o grupo. O que deixou a desejar foi a ausência de informações quanto ao Big Ben e ao Palácio de Buckingham, já que as referidas visitas foram somente a vista distante. No Palácio, então, sequer ficamos em frente ao mesmo. Tivemos que voltar no dia seguinte para realmente obter as fotos em frente ao Palácio. Então, entendo de suma importância informar que a visita guiada ao Palácio de Buckingham não existiu neste passeio. Quanto à Abadia de Westiminster, entendemos que houve um excesso de visitas a túmulos, mas acredito que possa fazer parte da cultura local.

Absolutely loved this tour. The visit inside Westminster Abbey was fantastic. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts. We had walked by the Abbey the previous day but to visit the inside was incredible. So much history in one location. The only drawback was our guide had a very soft voice. I understand using a soft voice inside the Abbey but for all the other stops along the tour it was extremely difficult to hear her.
