Emily was an excellent guide. She was extremely friendly, open and knowledgeable – exactly what you would want from a tour guide. Westminster Abbey was great, apart from being beautiful, the amount of history in that building is staggering. But for me the real highlight was going inside the House of Commons. As someone who has followed British politics for many years I still can’t believe I was there. Whatever you do on your trip here you will not enter a room of more importance. Don’t miss.

The narrative through the Abbey. Our guide Sal was so informative. I loved seeing the coronation chair and Queen Elizabeth’s tomb. AlThough we could not see Parliament, our guide gave us good information anyway!

Gracious and knowledgeable guide who was unable to show us parliament because of closure due to BJ resignation the days previous. She led us to a fete outside for refreshments and then sat us outside to explain British politics in as nonpartisan way as she could. Did get a full tour of the Abbey.

Our guide Rosie did an excellent job of providing information about Westminster Abbey. Truly beautiful Church. Unfortunately Parliament was closed but Walks gave us a partial refund because of this. Rosie explained a lot about Parliament as we viewed it from outside. Highly recommend this tour. Walks is an excellent tour company!

Westminster Abbey is very interesting with lots of history. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information and details regarding the Abbey. I was disappointed that for the Houses of Parliament portion of the tour the Guide was canceled. We were able to continue using a listening device and head phones.

The Westminster Abby tour was wonderful with our Guide (Linda?) then we went to the houses of parliament where it switched to digital… We were supposed to have an in person guide and I think we would have gotten more out of the in person guide however the tour was still nice and we asked questions from the security officers who were in the houses of parliament and they were very knowledgeable.

Can tell that she is truly fascinated by the information that she is presenting. I could easily had spent all day with her learning just about Westminster from her. We were disappointed in the evacuation from Parliament due to protestors but glad to see Emily waiting for us at the end.

There were none because when we got to the meeting place we discovered the tour had been canceled by the operator and we were never informed. We have used Viator many times before and never encountered this problem. I was really disappointed because it was on my bucket list.
