Very interesting learning about the history and members of our great nation with the audio making it so much easier to follow. We felt disrespectful walking over tombstones.

A lovely place to visit if you are in London. There was still quite a wait even with skip the line. I thought by buying this ticket you would be taken in another entrance away from those still purchasing tickets.
It is such a beautiful place, staff were friendly, but i thought it would be nice if we could take photos, even if you have to pay a small photo license fee as you do in other places.
A nice visit which could take you all day if you are a historian and want to look at everything.

The Abbey is full of history which you could only fully appreciate after a lot of pre reading and study. Amazing architecture and a lot of reverence given to royalty and the greats of Britain’s past.

Not to be missed if visiting London. Aside from the deep history and jaw-dropping architecture of the church, the help from the staff is friendly and informative. The audio guide adds to the experience. The Brits should be proud – this place is a national treasure!

4 stars bc it was soooo crowded. What a wonderful building FILLED with historical people and connections… the Cloisters are so peaceful

  9. Annette_H

You need to let people know that your pass does not allow them in as would a pass purchased directly from the Westminster abbey site. We had to wait in line as if we needed to buy a ticket. Very distressing.

  10. Paul_G

Easy to enter and had guide info ready when we showed up. Mentioned timed entry which was not the case. We had to wait around 1 hour to get in.

The building is amazing and the history is astounding. A must see. So many amazing sculptures and tombs. The poets corner is a must see

I thought this would be a remarkable place and yet I was still surprised by its grandeur.
I would go back again if I had more
    time!

Images you see on TV and in magazines does not do this place justice. You have to visit and feel the experience., and to know that I walked the walk of past royalty, excites me beyond all reason.
As a kiwi tourist from a country that has a young history I am so envious that everyone in the UK has this as part of their culture.
I felt truly blessed being there and royalist or not you have to experience this place.

Didn’t appreciate the notables interred there. Beautiful ceilings + intricate stone carvings. Pix don’t do it justice. Have to see in person.

We signed up for a Verger tour upon arrival and that added immensely to our audio guide tour.It was extremely crowded that day as it was the last day before closing for Coronation.

Buy tickets in advance and be in line no later than 9 am. This place is AMAZING! You are in for a treat. Especially if you like British royal history.

I have been to England 5 times in the past 20 years and have never been able to see Westminster Abbey. I was determined to this time. As the Coronation was happening the day after we arrived (in Manchester), we waited till the end of our trip. My son, daughter-in-law and I toured it. I was amazed at the size and all the little chapels there were inside. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Mary Queen of Scots and Sir Isaac Newtons graves. Everything in Westminster Abbey is breathtaking and worthwhile seeing

  19. Ann_C

The audio guide because it was narrated by Jeremy Irons. Didn’t realize some of the people that are buried here

  20. Olga_S

Amazing experience. Very interesting how it is also a burial site for kings and queens. You need at least half day.
