The whole tour and activites were very well organized, staff accompanying us was very friendly and helpful. The snorkling with the turtles was a dream and all the locations we were taken to were breath taking. Definitely recommend.

The Snorkeling was wonderful, saw three turtles and a squid. Also, the driver and Guide were fantastic!

Many turtles, stingrays and other species to watch.
    Cenotes swim awesome.
Finished with a nice lunch and relaxing time.
I bit pricy but worth it.

I wish the water was as clear as the picture and the transportation was longer than the actual activities. Our Guide however was amazing and the cenote was too just wish we coupdve swam longer in it

What a fun excursion! Our tour guide, Eric, was spectacular! He kept us entertained during the drive between locations and he adjusted the schedule on the fly to improve our experience (less drive time and a better chance of seeing turtles). Eric took us through all three chambers of the cenote and helped us avoid other groups so we could get a more private experience. And extra props to our driver, David, who found some towels for me and my husband b/c we forgot to pack ours. The beach for lunch was lovely, however the food was just ok. But that was the only part of the day that was just so-so. Would highly recommend this tour!

What made our trip so great was the tour guide himself plus the amazing experience that came with it. Hazael was our tour guide. 10/10 recommended to request him. When our tour was canceled last minute due to the oceans not being safe that day. He gave us the option to go home or to roll with the punches that life gives you and make the most out of our day. With the promise of bringing us to the lagoon to snorkel which we might still have a chance to see a turtle or two. While also visiting s cenote first and having lunch that was all already paid for. We agreed to continue. Shortly after he called his manager to switch the location of the cenote to one of his favorite locations because he wanted to make up for the last minute changes. It ended up being the most beautiful cenotes with the most passages with in it. Hazael taught us alot about the history of mexico and relationship they have with the cenotes. After we snorkeled in the lagoon and saw sooo many fish unfortunately no turtles this time around but it was still very fun especially for my first time snorkeling. Afterward we had a short trip to a private beach where we had a beautiful prepared meal with great service. The beach had a nice bar with swing seats and bunch of cabanas over looking the water where my husband and I took a short nap before trip back come from talcum to cancun. Over all though we are so happy that we had the pleasure to meet Hazael. He really made the whole experience amazing.

Wonderful day, our tour guide Andrea was so knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable at all times! I would highly recommend this excursion. We saw several sea turtles, explored the cenote and learned about their importance and finished our day with a lovely lunch on a beautiful beach!!

It was a great experience. We purchased the pictures and they stated they would email them to us. We have not received email yet. I hope we still get our pictures.

Wonderful day out, the turtles 🐢 were awesome, we saw about 5 or 6 along with babies and trumpet fish, starfish and others. Loved loved loved the cenote swimming. And then the beach club was pure paradise!

Amazing seeing the turtles and swimming in the Cenote. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. The lunch was very good…I just wish we had time to shop in Akumal.

The cave is worth the visit, Jonathon and Brian were great guides. They were very attentive to our needs.

We saw lots of sea turtles while snorkeling and the cenote was really impressive. Our guides were great too!

This was sooo much fun. My tour guide was excellent she gave a lot of info about the cenotes and swimming with the turtles and made sure everyone was safe a comfortable with everything. Love it and will definitely do again.

It’s always bit unnerving when you book a tour, not really knowing what you’re going to get. Plus there are so many different cenote yours and varying reviews, you know you’re taking a chance. This was worth the gamble.
The transportation was on time, on schedule and efficient. They had drinks and snacks for us too.
Ivan was friendly, informative and funny, and knowledgeable, exact combo you look for in a tour like this.
The cenote was clear, cool and full of interesting history.
The turtle swim actually was very successful in that we saw 3 turtles, giant starfish, sting ray, sea urchin, squids and more. (I’m sure it’s a hit or miss depending the day ‘cuz it’s real nature!)
The lunch was great because they preordered our meals and it came out as soon as we sat down and we were starving!
All in all, it was a perfect day and worth the time. We will treasure our photos we bought at the cenote.

The cenote was awesome. Our guide was fantastic and lunch was delicious at a fun restaurant right on the beach! Wish we could have seen more turtles during the snorkeling. We saw one up close which was very cool.

  17. Greg_C

Both experiences were great and guide was excellent. Only thing stopping a 5 star rating was turtle swim was very short, saw side of one turtle and that was it.

  18. Gavyn_R

The Centoe was amazing and so was our tour guide JJ! The beachside Lunch was great as well amazing spot.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience today. Richard was our driver and Sebastian was our guide; both of these gentlemen did everything they could to ensure we had a fun and memorable day. The cenote is definitely hidden away, and included a swim through the cave. If you are scared of the dark or claustrophobic, you may not enjoy this part. Up close, we saw at least 5 different sea turtles, a puffer fish, and a stingray while snorkeling, and were in the water for almost an hour at both locations. The beach side lunch took place at a beautiful private beach club, and we had time to enjoy the ocean after eating a delicious lunch. I typically don’t spend the time to write reviews, but I think this was a great time and thought I could help others out. If you would like pictures from the water I recommend getting one of the waterproof pouches to put your phone in. It is much cheaper to buy before arriving in Cancun. Muchas gracias Richard y Sebastian!
