This was our second time here. My horse bucked me off when I’ve been riding horses my whole life. The leader of the group thought i was drunk and proceeded to talk to my boyfriend (who spoke Spanish) about how i was mistreating the horse and how in the past he’s had to shoot his horses for dumb tourists. To make me feel like this and pretty much rip the fun out of my day made me feel like crap. And the constant tipping for literally everything when we’ve paid hundreds for the trip. Unbelievable and won’t be returning.

Our family had tons of fun at this place, just keep in mind it’s located near Puerto Morelos. Depending on where your hotel is it’s a bit of a drive. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 8,9 and 12. All had a blast and was able to ride the horses with no issues as they accommodate according to your height and size. Zip line gets higher and higher, there are 6 lines total. Atv was fun and kids weee able to hang on the back. Ceneote was a high jump and water is not freezing but not warm. Food was great and was a good portion to end the day. We also did the monster truck add on, it was fun but little over priced, there were only 2 workers who became zombies to play with us, don’t expect a grand army. You also run out of water quick. Outside of the monster truck activity, definitely recommend if your looking for some fun activities to do

This excursion was very fun and good for kids. The ride to the event is very lengthy so do not plan other activities unless it’s through this same event company! However, my group had an amazing instructor named Andres, he was full of enthusiasm and very observant. Overall I would recommend this excursion to beginner friendly people! Also you get the option to purchase exclusive tequila after the tasting with a free meal of choice!

Our pickup driver was late
Also we waited after the tour for 1 hour to be picked up and taken back to our resort. Too many stops of other guests which prolongs the time getting back to our resorts. Stops should be capped off at 2-3 stops per trip.
Also my sons atv wheel fell off and he crashed into a tree. There was no tour guide behind us and we were out there by ourselves for about 5 minutes before finally getting help

Great experience! The staff was amazing, personable, and funny. My friends and I went for my birthday and had a great time. They allotted enough time to complete each activity and did not rush you to finish. The lunch was amazing. I’m not the biggest fan of chicken fajitas but I had two plates! The only negative but not a bad thing was you can’t have your phones at all but the staff do take pictures and record videos before and during the activity. For me, swimming in the cenote was my favorite part. The water felt amazing and was surprisingly warm. Make sure you have water shoes because the rocks hurt your feet. All in all, I highly recommend this excursion!

we had an absolutely incredible time celebrating my sister’s birthday! elias and his team were incredible instructors. we moved seamlessly from station to station, the group size was small so there wasn’t a lot of waiting around. everyone was super friendly and welcoming. swimming in the cenote was a highlight for me! also really happy with the pictures and videos they took. 10/10 experience!

Our transfer with Martin was great. The journey took between 1-2 hours from Playacar as we were the first guests collected.
The activities themselves were great, however if you are big adrenaline junkies then this perhaps isn’t for you. My significant other and I enjoyed the day but it wasn’t a thrill (if that’s what you’re looking for).
The zipline staff rushed you a fair bit and gave very little instructions. It almost felt like an inconvenience asking where the toilet was when we arrived. The Ziplines staff soon perked up at the end of the day when asking for a tip..
The tour guides leading the horse riding activities were brilliant. They were very funny and reassuring!
The Cenote is good as you can jump from a height or use the slide or zip line to splash into it.
The food included that they serve at the end of the activities is absolutely beautiful.
Facitilities were good and there were free dispensed drinks available all day.
I would recommend this trip but make sure you take something to cover from the sun.
