Driver’s was 20 minutes late.
We were packed 18 in the shuttle even tho it says 15max when booking (mixed information) and during the ruins we were 29 persons with one guide… not what we expected.
The snorkeling with Turtle part said 2hours, we barely stayed 40 minutes… not what was promised either.
The driver was a bit reckless and a few passengers hurt their head (including me) because he was going to fast on the speed bumps and we jumped like crazy knocking our head a few times.
Overall it’s pretty expensive for what it is and globally disappointed.
The tour guide was nice tho I still wouldn’t recommend the experience.

Federico and Jorja were wonderful tour guides. Enjoyable kind organized and informative. The only think we didn’t like was how many stops we had to make to pick up people and drop them off. That added an extra 3 hours to the trip and cut our time in Tulum we didn’t have time to shop or go through alll the ruins. . The weather didn’t work out the day we went so we didn’t get to do the turtle swim.

A bit hectic start to what evolved into amazing day filled with culture, nature and fun. I really enjoyed the cenotes and swimming in the caves, it was such an unexpected mesmerising experience. Ivan took excellent care of the whole group, thank you.

This would have been a 5-star review, but the check in process at the designated meeting point was total chaos. So many other tours convening at the same place; then having to sift through the crowd to find your guide. These guys really should have big signs they can hold up to identify which tour they’re leading so it’d be easier for tourists to find them.

Iván was great! Very knowledgeable and patient as there were a lot of things that were out of his control that went wrong. Ruins wouldn’t suggest this tour if you like history. Can barely hear anything the guide is saying. Snorkeling was my favorite by far!! Saw stingrays, turtles, starfish, barracuda, and tons of fish!

Could have spent the entire day at Tulum, Guide had a lot of knowledge of the history of the Mayans. The Cenote swim is a must do while in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

Excellent excursion today with Jorge and driver William. Started at Tulum ruins, onto a cenote which was incredible. We saw lots of bats and the cenote itself was beautiful. We had lunch at Akumal, I opted for fish which was lovely and my partner had the chicken quesadillas which he also enjoyed. We finished off by swimming at Akumal beach, we saw plenty of HUGE turtles and a couple of stingrays. The trip was between 7:45-5pm so it is a long day but completely worth it. Drinks are provided throughout the day which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful day exploring the Mayan ruins, swimming in the cotes and snorkeling, with the sea turtles was phenomenal!
The only negative I could say about the trip was that the van was very full… Two less people would have made traveling much nicer!

TERRY WAS AMAZING! The whole trip is awesome and theres a few great guides that we met, we saw SO many turtles and the cenote trip was really cool, but Terry made it the most interesting because he had lots of fun facts and historical explanations that made me appreciate the expeirence way more. He was also hilarious and just overall made the trip even better than expected!

This was a lot to pack into one day, and we did feel like we were rushing from stop to stop a bit. The ruins were really cool, but our tour guide was a bit long-winded and hard to understand. By the time he was finished talking, we only had about 20 minutes to walk around closer to the ruins ourselves before we needed to be back at the meeting point.
The cenote was very cool, and our guide Jorge was excellent taking us through and telling us all about the details. Our youngest was afraid to swim in the caves with the bats (we were glad we were forewarned about this ahead of time), so she stayed back with my husband while our oldest and I swam into the caves.
The snorkeling was also great – the guides knew where to take us to see sea turtles and stingray – but also felt a bit rushed. It was also a very busy snorkling area, so it was pretty crowded even in the water (but not really the fault of the company).
Overall I’d recommend as a great option to get to see a little bit of everything – with the caveat that you don’t have a lot of time to shop, relax, etc. and are rushed from place to place. Also, bring your own towels! This wasn’t mentioned in the “what to bring” section that I could recall (and in retrospect, I’m not sure why I thought they would have them there for everyone…. but just wanted to mention it). We managed fine drip-drying, but would have been more comfortable with towels obviously.

Really awesome experience w Enrike! Highly recommend. Good communication and logistics were smooth. Cenote was absolutely breathtaking and sea turtles were a sight to see! Worth the $$$

Such a wonderful excursion and tons of fun. The turtles were awesome and we could have spent all day in the cenote. Our guide hector was the best!

Terry was an amazing guide, enjoyed his passion for the culture and natural history of the area. Taking the cenote swim with him was really great! I didn’t expect the cave experience! Our tour guide for the Tulum Ruins was also knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about Mayan history. Turtle swim a must!!

We had 2 excellent guides, Louis Herrera and his sidekick Oscar de la renta.
They were knowledgeable on all topics and the added humor made the trip even more enjoyable. Our favorite part was the Cenote, I will definitely do that excursion again it was an amazing experience. Everyone on the team were friendly and professional, highly recommend.

We had Terry as our guide and he was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does!

This tour as a whole was pretty good. There was a lot of talking which when you’re standing out in the hot sun can become quite bothersome.
When you go to swim with the turtles, check your mask/snorkel before you take off, mine leaked so I wasn’t really able to see anything. Also there is a TON of other people out in a very small area and it’s very easy to get separated from your group and difficult to move around. Kind of a let down.

Job was a great tour guide! Even though we missed one part of the tour due to the water being to rough, he more than made up for it during our cenote swim and cave tour.
Becky_G –
We really enjoyed our guide in Tulum he was very informative. The cenote was so refreshing after the heat of Tulum! Our tour guide, Jeorge, was really knowledgeable and patient while leading us on a swim around the cave. Turtle swim was disappointing due to rough and murky water. Saw maybe 5-6 total. Overall the tour was a good value for what we did.

Great trip with Jorge as our guide. All three spots are good. Mayan ruins are a must but it gets hot quick and crowded. Thankfully, That was our first stop. Lots of shops there too, a bit of a tourist trap. That is fine if you are preparred with with smaller denominations of dollars or pesos.
Cheers!
