It was a good experience BUT Viator did not empathise with me when I was provided the wrong information
In the app it said the departure time was 1:30pm, however in an email they sent me 6 months ago, it said 12:30.
I showed them the screenshot of the error and they just made it out to be my fault and was rude and abrupt to me.
As a result we had to pay an extra 30USD to get to the place. Really disappointing customer service which set us out on the wrong foot.
The activities were good.
Cenote was fun, lots of freedom to jump in etc
ATVs were okay, although you were just driving in a line, so you couldn’t go faster if you wanted to.
Ziplines were fun. Similar to GoApe
Andy, our guide was really great. She genuinely had me laughing
The staff need to calm down on asking for tips as it tainted the experience slightly.

Eric was our great guide. We chose the extreme package so had some extra zip lines and ropes course. Zip lines fun but on the short side. ATV’s fun and ziiping/jumping/ swimming in the cenotes was a treat. The tequila tasting was one of the best as we tasted 6 different ones with healthy pours.

ATV child-sized, dirty, broken. The track is uneven, stony and only 1 km long. driving time 20-25 min., forward and back on the same road. Zip line from several parts, low and Max 100m long. The food after the tour is not tasty. Good things. The guide is fun, the photos are very good quality even though they cost 92 USD.

Miguel is a great tour operator.
However, make sure you bring cash or pay for your USD ticket in USD. Beware that they will give you a bill in USD and run your credit card in Pesos. When they convert to Pesos, you will pay 10%+ more. DO NOT let them tell you that “this is just how Mexico does thing. This is NOT true. Pay in USD and you will be fine. DO NOT agree to pay in Pesos.

I’m 52 years old and like to have one adventure on vacation. We got bait and switched by viator/extreme adventures (extreme disappointment). We have used viator a dozen times for tours…..this was the worst. I can’t believe all the good reviews.
We had four pickups in the shared van which took 1.5 hours to arrive (not 60 minutes as advertised).
Upon arrival, we presented our booking for a 50 minute atv adventure, and discussed for 20 minutes with a manager, including our lead Bryan.
They insisted they group us with a 25 minute atv ride, tequila tasting and sales (we don’t drink), and a modified zip line with two bridges.
At the end, we were stuck for an hour at the bar/restaurant while they tried to sell pictures.
Don’t trust the good reviews. Avoid this business / scam.

I had an amazing time. George was my tour guide and he made everything fun and run smoothly. I’d recommend bringing your own face shield, decent length shorts, & goggles for the ATV plus swim shoes for walking to and from the cenote. You’ll be able to change after each activity. We had the basic package and thought about upgrading but glad we didn’t we still had enough time at each event with the base price.
