Our guide “Bill” was such a gem and so knowledgeable in schoolboy and the ruins. He also was so helpful and great conversationalist. So much fun!

Really knowledgeable guide. I recommend you ask for Rehber Fuson Varol Verdi. She was fantastic Turkish bath has an extra fee but well worth it! She got us back to the ship with time to spare. So I think this company is mindful of your travel plans.

This was our favorite excursion out of many to different locations in the Mediterranean! We weren’t sure what to expect, but our guide Taner was AMAZING!!! Even my 13 year old twins had fun and stayed engaged during the tour, they actually loved learning about the Turkish rugs and begged me to buy them all. Lol. We can’t wait to go back and we will definitely request this tour again…oh and lunch was delicious too!!

Our guide, Guler, aka Smiley was awesome. She explained everything in Ephesus to us. We also discussed politics, religion and life in Turkey. We learned much about the history of Turkey. Guler was very patient as well with our time purchasing leather coats in an unplanned stop during our tour. I’d highly recommend Guler and also Samyeli Travel, the tour organizer.

This was one of the best values for the money. The private tour guide Bill did an incredible job and took us to the tomb of St. Paul and the ancient city of Ephesus. We also enjoyed the Turkish lunch and viewing the carpet making. They try to sell carpets at the stop but weren’t pushy. This is much better than a huge tour group because you can go at tour own pace and ask questions. Great value even though you have to pay entry fees to the sites which run about 10 Euro per location.

Our small private tour of 4 and guide, (Fusun or Fusan) was wonderful! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and flexible for all our interests. The tour van was a newer, clean, and quiet vehicle. A super day with Fusan and was hard to say goodbye!
    Thank you! John Wood

We LOVED our tour. We had Taner as our guide. He was so knowledgeable and very accommodating of our 5yr old daughter, who instantly fell in love with him. We would love to visit Ehpesus again.

Oscar was a very knowledgeable guide! We enjoyed the flexibility of the private tour. We enjoyed visiting Ephesus, and then learning about carpet-making. And lunch was amazing!

Fusun was an amazing guide. Such a wonderful experience. We had a small group and so we could be flexible with the itin. And shopping for Turkish rug. 💸💸. Hamam Bath was an experience. 😱😱. Thank you Fusun. Hope to see you soon. Keep on digging at the Ephesus! Ta! Ta!

We really enjoyed our tour and our guide, Uha. Our group of 8 was able to tour Ephesus at our own pace. The ruins are very impressive! We also really enjoyed the included lunch, food was excellent, and the Turkish carpet making tour was very enjoyable and informative. Our visit to the Hamam was unfortunately not up to expectations as it was very busy so our services were rushed and not worth the 80 euro we paid for The classic massage package. When we asked the owner of the Haman about the rushed services, he said it was busy. Outside of the issue with our massages, highly recommend.
