We loved it! Our guide Aysegul is a professional archeologist and a historian. Aysegul was extremely knowledgable not only about Ephesus, but about the whole Anatolia region and the antique world. We highly recommend visiting the terrace houses in Ephesus and the local museum (see the bust of Marcus Aurelius!).

Tour came as advertised. Nazim is a fantastic guide. We had excellent discussions about Turkey and it’s evolution to today.
The bus is first class. Meal was great. Plenty of breaks along the way. Good mix of personal time and guided touring.
Gezenthi Travel is a safe bet. They are extremely responsive.

Overall a good trip. Erman our guide was very knowledgeable and well spoken. Clearly knew his history and answered all our questions. Our tour of Ephesus was great as was the visit to the House of Mary……Just be aware that you be making two different shopping stops that are not mentioned in the details. The pottery workshop and store were good but the leather fashion show was not what I came to Ephesus to visit. You will not be visiting the St John’s Basilica or the Temple of Artemis it will just be a drive by. I think that if doing this trip be clear at the beginning you want to stop and visit the other locations with no shopping.
