Great tour with Elcin (guide) and Cengis (driver) from Gezenthi Travel Agency. Lots of interesting info about Ephesus as well as the industries of the surrounding area. Tasty buffet lunch included. Lots of time to take photos and explore, the guide gave us plenty of alone time 😉 Also visited a leather goods factory (and were given a private fashion show!) and a ceramics factory. Excellent tour, excellent guide, and Ephesus is incredible.

We were two couples travelling together. Our guide Erdem was fantastic. He made us feel welcome and at ease. I didn’t think the day was going to be as packed with visits and information as it was. Ephesus was amazing and Erdem is so passionate and was the best guide we have had on all our trips. He answered all of our questions, didn’t rush us in the heat and was friendly and funny. Our stops after at the shops, lunch, learning about turkish carpets was all an excellent time. We recommend this tour!

Ended up being the only people on the tour that day, so it was private. Elcin was a great host. Very knowledgable and also gave us time to do our own thing. In Ephesus there is a covered bit you have to pay extra to enter. Highly recommend paying to enter. Some of the most spectacular mosaics were in there.

The tour of Ephesus was outstanding and our tour guide was excellent. That being said, we were made to stop at a pottery shop on the way which was typical of these tours, however the absolutely ridiculous fashion show stop after lunch. This is a stop to sell high end knock-offs of high end fashion brands that you can get fo 25% of the price elsewhere.
Revolt on the bus after lunch and refuse to get off the bus for the fashion show.
Lastly, although “lunch” is included what is not are drinks and any meat dishes which are extra.

The company offered a variety of stops before and after, and Erman really made sure we got to go to the best ones that are most tailored to us. He did everything he could to make it a good trip! He let us umbrellas, took photos for us, offered different walking routed to make sure we were comfortable.

Van rixe was very smooth and safe. We felt very good about our driver. Tour guide was very enthhsuastkc and covered all topjcs in two languages with great ease. Guide kept tne diverse group engaged and comfortable in the heat of tne day, especially when locating the best shade under the largest mullberry trees. Tne guide had a good sense of deep history and included important aspects of theological topics. I personaly appreciated the pop cultjre comments which were timely a d appropriate for the point of discussion during tne wak through of Ephesus. This was a fantastic tour during whjch we met good people from all over the globe.

My guide was Elcin and she was so knowledgeable about all the history and architecture in Ephesus that I could really enjoy the whole tour. This time the attendee was just me but, there was an designated driver with nice Merc van. He was also an excellent driver and felt safe all the time.

The tour of Ephesus was outstanding and our tour guide was excellent.
