Despite coming on a foggy day, Antonio provided us with his best recommendations and made the perfect adjustments to our tour so we were able to maximize our experience and see all the highlights that we were so excited to see. He also went out of his way to show us some of the hidden gems that made the experience 10x better. Not only were we able to enjoy all of the beautiful highlights of the excursion, but our experience with Antonio also made us feel so welcome. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon, Portugal.

Vania was very knowledgeable of the history and background of the areas and provided us with such interesting insights. We especially loved Quinta da Regaleira – and the story she gave us of the inverted staircase. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Gui was a wonderful tour guide and provided a full day of must see sights. His knowledge was endless and very informative. We had a private tour for four people and he promptly picked us up at our hotel. He made a lunch reservation for us at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean and we had plenty of time to explore and shop in each location. I highly recommend Gui and this tour of Sintra and Cascais.

Learning the story of the Well at Quinta da Regaleira and the gardens at Monserrate were favorites. Finished the day with a delicious lunch with gorgeous views in Cascais. A great way to spend a day! The palace in Sintra is worth a visit, but pack your patience. It’sa long queue to take the tram to the palace and long lines inside. But worth a visit. Had an amazing, but pricey!, lunch and then wrapped up the day in Cascais. Our guide Miguel was WONDERFUL! I can’t recommend him enough. He warmly embraced our family and made the trip special.

Joao (John) is a knowledgable, respectful and patient guide. We were able to navigate to the best areas and routes of the sites, giving us enough time to take pictures and explore later; we never felt rushed. He brought us to “Nortada” for lunch – a local restaurant in Sintra with great ocean view and excellent food . He also gave us recommendations on how to plan our last day in Lisbon, sights we still need to see and places to eat. Many thanks John for the very enjoyable tour of Sintra!

We enjoyed our tour with Vania. She was very accomodating, especially with one of our group who was semi handicapped and had issues with walking. We also had a superb seafood lunch at an out of the way place on the coast with our guide. Vania was very informed and we learned a bit of Portugese history along the way and at Pena Palace. A visit to Cascias for gelato and a stop to see a whopper of a wave break on the rocks were two orher highlights.

We were off to a great start with our guide Viana. She gave us a detailed overview of the tour, asked what we wantd to see and gave us quite a bit of history about each place. Caiscas and Sintra were beautiful! Everything we saw during our tour was amazing. She made sure we purchased tickets immediately so we never had to wait in line at Pena Pallace. Our reservations for a delicious lunch were made by Viana and she helped us navigate through the menu–it was wonderful! you couldn’t ask for anyone more knowledgeable about the area!
