Our tour guide Andre was an amazing!. The majority of the tours offers two visit only 1 place but with tis tour you get to see plenty of nice places. He also brought us a place for lunch and it was amazing. Definitely worth it and highly recommend this tour!

Andre was EXCEPTIONAL. This tour is a MUST regardless how much time you spend in Portugal. Sintra, Boca de Inferno, and Cascais are all enchanting places to visit and each is a quite different experience. Andre didn’t just drop us off at these locations. Rather, he accompanied us and explained each site in detail before he allowed time for us to do some exploring on our own. In this tour, Andre also arranges for guests to each lunch at a WONDERFUL restaurant with an exquisite variety of cuisine that is reasonably priced. This is a small group tour (max 7 participants) which means we were able to visit a lot of sites throughout the day, to include a culminating Cascais stop to watch the sunset. One of the best Viator tours I’ve been on.

Andre was great tour guide with extensive knowledge. This is a very nicely curated tour that highlights both Sintra and the coast of Cascais. Our favorite was the intimation well in Sintra, such an magical experience. We would not be able to visit all of the attractions in one day without a local guide and a car. Hotel pick up was a major bonus as well.

We absolutely loved our tour with André! He is so personable and knowledgeable of the area and of Portuguese history. It’s a short ride to Sintra from Lisbon in a comfortable van and having hotel pick up was the best! We saw so much more than we expected. My 81 year old father did great but I would recommend that anyone not fit to take the transport to the castle to save your legs for walking in areas where no transports are available.

His van was immaculate and very comfortable with panoramic roof windows. Andre was very knowledgeable and shared many details about the sites. He was also knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had about Portugal and Lisbon. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and wine at a restaurant he selected. Our tour was in English and his English language skills are very good. He solicited our feedback to ensure our preference and expectations were being met. We went on the guided tour to Sintra Pena Regaleira Roca Boca do Inferno and Cascais with Andre. He has a passion sharing his love of Portugal and it showed. Our group included people from Singapore, US and Austria and Andre made all of us feel welcome. We would highly recommend Andre and this tour if you want to learn about the culture of Portugal. Make sure you ask him about kite surfing.

We had an amazing day with Andre!! Not only was he incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, but everything was so well planned out and felt very relaxed and enjoyable.
This trip was great because it was a very small group—the van was comfortable, we weren’t rushed like so many other tours are, and Andre had everything planned out just right with tickets, meeting points, etc.
Andre also went above and beyond other tours with the meals he had planned for us! We stopped at a lovely bakery in Sintra for coffees and pastries as a group and then had a fabulous prix fixe lunch with wine and dessert at Toca do Julio on the way home. It was wonderful to relax with our group, enjoy the delicious food Andre recommended and make new friends.
This tour was a highlight of our stay in Lisbon and we highly recommend it. Andre is a true professional and was someone we would absolutely book with again!!
