We booked this tour due to the positive reviews we read on Trip Advisor. Last minute, they tried to stuff another family with us, which we quickly declined. We were then up sold from a walking tour to a car tour, so we could see more throughout the day. We were able to cover a lot of ground. But the car the tour guide used was a personal one, and not fit for a tour or the price that was charged. The guide brought a lot of energy and fun, but was extremely disorganized and required a lot of direction to ensure we hit many of the high points in an efficient manner. So, on balance it was “meh”.

Ollie is absolutely amazing. From the moment we met, she guided us through the streets of London’s best adventures. We experienced all the highlights and hidden “gems” throughout the city. Sadly, we missed the Changing of the Guards, but that didn’t damper our spirits as we were able to see many more landmarks. So many picture opportunities happened due to Ollie’s willingness to take fabulous photogenic pictures vs our selfies! All questions were answered, and we were so enamored by her presence that we invited her to experience Kentucky and Tennessee with us! Forever grateful for all the wonderful memories!

Our Tour Guide was Ollie. She was nice but very opinionated and she had a lot of false sterotypes about Americans. We know that every one is intitled to their own opinion, but it should remain respectful when you are providing a service to others. Your company should never book over 3 people on this tour unless the transportation can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It was a VERY terrible experience. Two of us are 5″9′ and the other 2 are over 6 feet tall. The Tour guide when were picked up made it very clear that she was not moving her seat, because she needed to be comfortable. We were inconvenient and very uncomfortable for over 5 hours. Those of us in the back seat could not even move our arms or legs. We did enjoy the lunch it was very good and the places we went we amazing, we provided her with a list of places we wanted to see. A suggestion; for the price that you pay, possibley include tickets into a few of the monuments and not pay for the lunch. No admission to anything with this tour.

Although I originally booked a longer tour that would have taken me around London via public transport, the tour operator called the night before to let me know that the tour was not available. However, through our conversation, she set me up with Ollie and I was given a 3hr tour via private car without any change in the price. Ollie was not feeling well that day, but she still managed to have the energy to drive me around and share her passion for London with me. Be aware that if you go in the late afternoon, the traffic will be pretty bad. Ollie found ways to drop me off at some sites so I can take pictures or walk around a bit, and she picked me up at a designated spot. I didn’t have time to see much of London, but this was a great way to see many highlights in a very short period of time as long as you don’t have a desire to go into any of the major tourist sites.

We booked the driving experience for my family of 6 and it was perfect. From the beginning a representative reached out to ask for a personalised wish-list of what we wanted to see and eased all my questions. Really fast replies and very attentive!
Ollie, our guide, arrived with a spacious and comfortable family car! Her friendly and energetic nature is infectious, my children loved her. She also took the time to re-route the tour to make it so we got to see everything we wanted within the time we had, she really welcome us to the city.
Purchase this tour, you will not regret it. I suggest booking at the start of your trip so that you can make a note of what you want to come back to do in your remaining days.

Paul was a phenomenal host. He was very patient and really put forth the effort for us to have a fabulous tour. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable and got to see all the monuments we were most interested in. I would definitely tour with Paul again. We wanted to continue touring, but we were exhausted. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

I really appreciated how they customised the tour to exactly what we wanted, picked us up and let us to change the lunch plans since my husband doesn’t like fried food.
