Our tour went over 7 hours, but the day flew by. We could have gone for 12 and not realized it. Everyone needs to do this tour!

My wife and I felt like Royals treated to this exquisite London tour by the friendliest, most knowledgeable and fun tour guide ever, Tom McCaffrey!! We still can’t believe Tom’s efficiency in showing us virtually every iconic London location and after sizing us up adding zingers we didn’t think to ask for (Abbey Road Studios, Winston Churchill’s favorite cigar shop). If you are limited on time (as we were) for first visit to London, this tour is a must!!

As a family that has traveled via personal tour before, we were very excited to book this Taxi Tour around London. However after our tour with Stella we were left feeling incredibly disappointed and somewhat frustrated. Upon initial meeting Stella seemed very kind. But as the tour went on we realized that she was only interested in spewing a handful of historical facts at us and getting us through the landmarks as fast as humanly possible.
During the drive, Stella drove so fast that we were thrown throughout the cab many times and had to hold on in order to keep our balance. She also drove on curbs throughout the entire drive and took backroads in order to get us to our checkpoint places faster. Her erratic driving made it literally impossible to take pictures of our own. When we made it to a landmark and it was time to see the monument, we had to run to keep up with our tour guide. I didn’t mind walking fast, but we literally had to run behind her and weave through people to get places. When we made it to the landmarks, Stella would rush us to take pictures and towards the end she gave us the impression that was only interested in snapping photos to prove that she took us where she was meant to.
The worst part of the tour was that Stela never seemed to pick up on the tone of our group. At one point, we saw a group of children ballroom dancing near one of our stops and we wanted to stand with the crowd and watch for a little bit. Stella was visibly frustrated and rushed us past the children to move on to the next stop. When we tried to stand and watch a street performer earlier in the day, Stella ran ahead of us so that we couldn’t watch the performance.
It felt like the things we were interested in bored her and she was only interested in telling us about the history of England, which meant that after about an hour the tour became very, very repetitive. We even told her at one point (3 hours early)that we only wanted to see 3 other things and then have her drop us off early somewhere just to get out of the tour. The tour was VERY stressful for us. VERY expensive and disappointing. Would NOT recommend.

I highly recommend this experience. Craig was a great guide and became part of the group quickly. He was very good at customizing our tour from the beginning. He had great knowledge of all of the sites we visited, and his history knowledge was well above average. If you’re looking for a great day in London this is the tour for you and ask for Craig!!!

This tour allowed us to see all of the top hits in London comfortably and with a great commentary from Moses. He not only knew all the history he introduced us to locals at the locations who made the experience so much more memorable. Additionally, Moses was able to incorporate a few visits that were specific to us such as Abbey Road, Paul M’s house, Bourough Market and the central bank. Best way to be introduced to London!

We had the chance to learn about many places we didn’t know as first-time visitors! It was very convenient to have our own cab driver take us around London. Mark was very patient with our family and adaptable to our requests for locations. He often offered to take photos of all of us in key spots. Mark also checked in on us to ensure we could understand his commentary. Our main critique is that we wanted more in-depth explanations/historical background for locations as we drove around. Although it may have been more difficult for our tour guide to stay energetic as my family didn’t have as much energy as usual, we would have appreciated more commentary during our drive. Overall, however, it was an enjoyable experience and Mark was a pleasant guide!

Stella was a fantastic tour guide. We did the full day London tour. It was a cold, rainy day. I was in a wheelchair and my husband has limited mobility. She was careful to take us to the accessible areas. She was knowledgeable and had great stories. She asked us if there were any places we were looking to see. My husband loves Dr. Who and she took him to a blue tardis. She also took us to the street on Love Actually and by Freddie Mercury’s home. It was great!!

Antony was superb. We had arrived in London a couple of days earlier and had done a lot of the must dos but wanted to see Abbey Road, Harrods, Westminster. He introduced us to some police officers near the royal residences, St. Pancreas Hotel and train station- Paternoster Square to the Animal Sculpture. He made sure we experienced the best of London and then added his own spin. It was spectacular. He also knows how to take great pictures! He drove us around for many hours and became more like a friend. We are a handful and loud but he was so kind an accommodating. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Antony!!!!

Where to start?! What an amazing day we had with Stella! She was so well informed about all of the places she took us. We covered all the important places. There is no better way to see London. We were able to stop and get pictures and learn the history of each place we stopped. London traffic is crazy so I would not have wanted to do this on our own and we could never have covered the ground we did without Stella getting us literally everywhere we wanted to see. Our driver, Mitch, I believe, was AMAZING!! He made the day worth every penny! Very knowledgeable and an excellent driver!! Great personality and definitely knows the history of London. He went out of his way to help us at the end of the tour with some logistics. I definitely recommend this tour!

Where to start?! What an amazing day we had with Stella! She was so well informed about all of the places she took us. We covered all the important places. There is no better way to see London. We were able to stop and get pictures and learn the history of each place we stopped. London traffic is crazy so I would not have wanted to do this on our own and we could never have covered the ground we did without Stella getting us literally everywhere we wanted to see. I highly recommend this way to tour!

We had a wonder driver and guide, Craig.
Lots to see and experience, we were able to walk to some places and some we viewed from the cab. We walked in to several off the beaten path shops, that unless you were on his tour, you would never experience!
Our group of 4 loved this tour and through he was the best guide ever!
Interesting, humorous and a great tour!!
