This tour was a great way to kick off our first day in London. We toured 2pm to 6pm which was perfect for keeping us awake until dinner! We were able to see most of the London highlights as well as a few hidden treasures. The Roman wall was really interesting and something we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Highly recommend for your first time in London.

There is always something new to experience on a black cab tour. I’ve lived here for eight years and Andrew, our guide, shared with us so many new sights I’ve never visited before along with a few familiar ones. I’ve only started using black cab tours when friends visited , five years ago. It is without a doubt the absolute best way to experience London and the surrounding area. If you have limited time in the area it is the only way to see the town.

My driver was Gordon who I got along with very well and enjoyed talking to. This was a perfect first-day tour since I still had jet lag and there were various major sites around London that I wanted to see but didn’t want to make a special trip for. It was good to get the lay of the land and let someone else take care of the driving as well as having someone to ask practical questions about the city. Would definitely recommend.

Gordon was the best cabbie I’ve ever had! He knew so much about London, it’s history and it’s hidden secrets. He was so engaging that my 11 year old son, took down his cab number and declared that Gordon was to be the only cab driver we would have in London. The tour was customized to our interests, we saw the oldest wine store in London as my husband loves wine and took us to many of the Harry Potter film locations as we are all big fans. It was so much more fun than you would think a cab ride could ever be and we saw London in a way I’m sure very few people get to see. Highly recommend!
