What a delightful way to spend an afternoon in London!! I decided to book this tour for the day we arrived in London as a way to get our bearings in the city. Our driver Moses was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and fun to be around for four hours. We stopped several times for photos and learned a little about all the major attractions to see in London. In addition to this, we stopped at several points of interest off the beaten path. Highly recommend and definitely worth the cost!

Ray was easily the best guide we have ever had. He knew so much great information. No sooner would we mention a topic than would he have a bunch of interesting facts about it and several destinations in mind to show us. He customized everything to our interests and accommodated the movement limitations of one of our members. We booked an 8 hour tour for four people, but the consensus of the group was we could have easily gone another 8 hours without getting bored. Truly outstanding and I cannot recommend highly enough!

Our driver Pete was waiting for us outside our hotel room in a very clean and comfortable classic black taxi. After taking the time to meet us, he gave us a personalized tour of London. We saw more places in a few hours that we would have ever seen in a few days. Pete was incredibly knowledgeable of the history of England, shared many incredible stories, offered to take pictures of us at every sight and at the end of the tour, shared the photos and went beyond by providing us with links to all the historical facts he mentioned during the tour. It was an unforgettable day and certainly not your average tour. Thanks Pete!

Richard was a great tour guide! Although it was his first tour he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. He customized the tour and took us where we wanted to go and explained the sites we saw. Unfortunately, it was good Friday before Easter so some things were not open because of the holiday. However, Richard helped us make the most of the day. We really enjoyed the tour! Thank you Richard!

We picked this tour to go on for a 20 hour layover that we had while in London. Due to strike by security staff at Heathrow, flights were cancelled. Our flight wasn’t cancelled but the airline gave our assigned seats away and we were denied boarding and put on a much later flight. I explained this to the company, informed the driver immediately(8 hours before the tour) and they refused to refund any amount. Additionally, I escalated our issue to a manager of the company and within one minute, I received a response they refused to refund any amount. I had asked that since this was a 4 hour car tour, they could at least refund expenses (gas) they didn’t have to use. They denied to refund any amount. Additionally we had paid extra to get the driver to drive to the hotel at Heathrow to pick us up.

This tour was a huge waste of both time and money and I wish I could turn back time and make other choices. The driver/guide seemed to enjoy driving in silence. I tried to engage him more by asking questions and even that would be answered briefly.
