We had 6 people in our group, and it was fun interacting with them and James during the tour. I thought that the tower would be disappointing, but it was well worth the time. Moreover, our tour guide James was outstanding. He was is a real scholar and excellent story teller. We had a group of about 8, which was substantially lower than the other tours we observed. The beefeaters at the tower all knew James and were very complementary about him. Overall, this was an excellent experience. My 21 year old daughter also really enjoyed the tour.

James was very knowledgeable and did a great job of letting us know what to look for in the various exhibits. We faced quite a few lines, so we missed going inside the chapel and the traitors gate. I would have enjoyed a few more stories. Also, I was under the wrong impression that it was a private tour. We had 11 people in the group so it was still a nice size.
