Definitely worth the money and hassle of finding ways to get to the port. Communication with driver could have been better. We were at the pickup spot and he called me. We had a bad connection and he never tried to call back. A while later we saw a man standing not too far from us looking lost. I sent my husband over to see if that was by chance our driver and it was. Why we were not told what kind of vehicle to look for or why he didn’t carry a sign with our names on or the company’s is beyond me. It would have made it a lot easier!!!

Our driver was early, and picked up right at the apartment door with a drop off right at the cruise check in door. It was easy and fantastic with plenty of room for our group of 4 with lots of luggage. Reliable!!

We booked a ride to or cruise ship Breakaway. Driver was nice. Met us at our hotel with a very nice clean car. Everything was fine until we got to the port. The driver did not know what dock our ship was at, did not have access to drop us off at the ship and left us to walk about a quarter of a mile to the Breakaway. I specifically booked a drop off at our ship. Very very disappointed. I did not get what I paid for.

I called the company who said they would call me back. They never did call me back but the one driver that was on time did provide I formation once he had it. I would use them again. Overall is was not a negative experience.

The trip was straight forward, however we found the driver to be less professional than others we have used. He has his phone hooked up to the car speakers and every few seconds a notification would come through. It was a water drop sound and it was quite irritating after about the 100th time. He also took two personal phone calls while driving which were loud. We used a different company for the trip back and it was less expensive and more enjoyable due to a higher level of professionalism. It wasn’t a horrible experience by any means there is just better and more affordable out there. If you’re in a bind because other transportation companies are booked up, then it’s a decent option.
