Not a single negative comment about this transfer! The driver was on time and even gave us some info as we drove. He stopped at a spot for us to take pictures overlooking all of Rome. He was friendly and helpful and we highly recommend this transfer!

The vehicle smelled like smoke it was not a sedan it was a Mercedes van there was no Wi-Fi no beverages no candies etc. like advertised!!!!

Marco communicated with us well in advance, was on time for pickup, and the Van (despite a ding on the left side–an occupational hazard in Rome, I can tell you) was the most comfortable and cool on the inside as any we had in the two weeks of tours. We transfered from our Cruise ship debarkation in Civitavecchia to our hotel in Rome. We were so happy with his service, that we booked him for our transfer from the Hotel to the Airport. Again…perfect…15 minutes early, dressed professionally, and got us there directly…even adding a little history of key sites along the way. We had six people and 12 good sized bags…Marco expertly packed it like a Tetris game with no problem at all.
