The reason for just 3 stars is the driver did not drop us off at the ship as advertised for this “private transfer”. Once we got to port he said policies had changed and he had to drop us off at shuttle. While riding the shuttle to the ship we saw several other taxis and private drivers passing our shuttle to get to ship. Also, now that we have returned from our Cruise, our transfer from cruise ship to hotel did pick us up at ship. So I can only conclude that the driver for this transfer was trying to drop us early.

We had 7 people with 8 check in luggages and 7 carry-on…The company sent us a mini van with 8 seats but no room for our 7 carry-on luggages. We were end up to put All of our 7 carry-on luggages in front of our seats with no room for our legs. We felt like stucking in the tiny box. Terrible service :-/

Was nice to have a driver scheduled. Only thing was trying to find him when we got to the ground transportation area. Our driver had our names on his cell phone and others had signs so I don’t know how many times we walked by him before we saw the name on the cell phone- so be sure to look at everybody!

Driver never showed up. Had to call and the company said they would send a different driver. If we would not have called we would have been sitting there all day waiting. The new driver did show up and got us to the cruise terminal. This was not on him, it was the company’s fault for not having good conumication with their drivers.
