My son and I went on this dinner cruise and were terribly disappointed by the food. Paid over $400 for the platinum dinner cruise and while the sights were lovely and the wait-staff was gracious the food was atrocious, especially the main courses. I couldn’t eat mine (trout) and my son’s (lamb) wasn’t any better. The main courses were flavorless and dry with no apparent sauces or seasoning. For this price-point I expected an exceptional meal… they didn’t even come close.

First we were kept waiting over an hour. would not let us on boat till 6:30 where as we were told departure was 6:30. Then we were served soup that had glass in it. the manager said she would fill in the accident book???? Wos told there would be a refund and a member of the safety team would ring on Monday. never happened. no refund. terrible restaurant.

My wife and I have taken River cruises before. The point of these cruises is to see the “sights” lit up! You don’t go for the food or entertainment.
The food was “meh” as expected, the boat, which was nice enough, never passed by the “Eye” or the Palace of Westminster or Big Ben. Instead they took us 5 miles downriver pass the docks (after starting an hour late).
Hard pass for anyone who likes River cruises.

Finishing the trip was not soon enough. Your advertising was inappropriate…seemed like a “couples” cruise (I was with my sister). The food choices were minimal and not accommodating. The climate was cold…had to keep a coat on. The entertainment was annoying. It was tough to get through to the end.
