We were looking for a short tour because of the time we were planning to be in London and this was just perfect. The driver and Lisa were just a great team.
Lisa was an excellent guide..funny, accurate, accommodating, very helpful, caring.

The bus tour was really fun but when we got to the boat docks our boat had been canceled. The next boat didn’t come for another hour and we had to catch a train back to our hotel so my fiancé and I had to leave without finishing our tour or eating like we paid for.

Easy pick up and drop off. Very informative tour guide . Was great seeing the sights of London from the top of the vintage bus. With the added bonus of ending the trip with a little river cruise

We were promised a stop at Westminster Abby, which never happened, we were also promised to be able to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham palace, which we never did, they took us to see the changing of the horses and pretty much the tour ended there, they changed the time of our tour once we had purchased the tickets and the only time they had was a 700AM tour departure, we had no other choice. The tour guide was great but once we paid everything changed, from departure time, itinerary, etc. Not cool at all.

Amazing tour guide! There was no traffic or the changing of the guards, so the guide improvised. Made sure everyone was accounted for. He was funny! I would suggest not adding other attractions to this tour. Otherwise you have to leave and veer off on your own.

First, we have never had a bad experience with a Viato tour. Steve was our guide and what a delight he was!! First me and my friend were running a bit late and they were kind enough to call us and check our timing so they would not leave without us… We actually wore sunglasses on the day we went and I don’t think we missed a single famous site in all of London on our tour. Steve was knowledgeable, good-natured, fun and as the British say a lovely cheeky fellow!!🇬🇧💂

There were traffic closures which is fine. But a little pre planning would of been good rather than just going up and down the same streets in London multiple times. Would of been better off with the hop on hop off tour.

Great tour. Tour guide provided a great deal of history. River cruise a must! London views from the river are amazing.

Loved the vintage bus ride throughout London which with the double decker is the best way to see the city. The river cruise had a very funny and engaging commentary; Magnus had everything arranged smoothly. Our tour guide Magnus and driver Paul were very friendly and knowledgeable of each part of the tour, what to point out, and I really enjoyed that we had a moment to catch our breath and grab a coffee before the river cruise as it did start early. We felt we got a full experience in one morning and knew exactly where we wanted to spend more time after the tour.

The tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed seeing so many important places in one tour.

Tower bridge, London eye, changing of guards at the palace, seeing Westminister Abbey and so much more

Steven provided us with great insight, and was very informative! Paul was a safe driver! We got great pictures from the bus. Cruise was also very relaxing with great views. Fish and chips was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

It was a fun half day tour with lots to see and learn about London. We had a beautiful day. I would not recommend the optional London Eye or lunch. We Ended at the castle where we couldn’t see the changing it the guard because there were too many people. Folks going to the London Eye had to get there on there own and it wasn’t close. We chose the lunch option that was supposed to be a 5-7 min walk away. The tour guide said 10 min. My maps app told me later it was 1.9. Miles, an 18 min walk. Since my walking is limited and I use oxygen, that was a real hardship for me. The description needs to change or the lunch place needs to be closer.

This was a great tour. A nice over view of special spots in London. It was a bit chilly, so wear enough layers. The stairs to the upper deck are steep but not that many of them. I appreciated that our tour guide gave us free time.

We booked this tour last year with our youngest daughter & thought it so worthwhile we’d book it again this year. This time accompanied by our grandsons and both daughters. It’s the best way to get a fantastic introduction to London’s amazing historical buildings and atmosphere all within a few hours. A very special thanks to the tour guide, who manages to entertain and inform in a very British manner. We loved it!
