Loved this opportunity to see London. Easy to navigate! We had a great tour and spent the day exploring different areas.

  2. Sadia_S

It was great, easy way to see some of the big sights of London! The stops were also easy to find with the app. The recorded commentary was cool, but it only worked on some of the buses. Be prepared for London traffic!

  3. Joel_M

We had a 13 hour layover at Heathrow and wanted to see as much of London as we could in that time! The Big Bus tour was perfect for accomplishing that! Definitely recommend for an insightful, educational, expedient London tourist experience! Thank you for giving us something fun and relaxing to do between flights!

  4. Mandeera_B

Seeing London from the top of the bus was a novel experience. Enjoyed the English humour of the running commentary. The walking tours and the Thames cruise were the main highlights. They were very well conducted.

  5. Diana_S

Seeing an overview of London’s attractions with tidbits of information related along the way. The on and off is ideal.

  6. Joni_M

Great way to see London; especially helpful during the recent rail strikes! We did the two day version and also utilized the Thames River Cruise. Highly recommend!

  7. Patricia_B

Riding on the Hop on/off buses easily allowed us to see the magnificent sights in the center of London! We also went on a guided tour of the Changing of the Guards, bour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable!

  8. Sharla_H

It’s a good way to see a lot of London highlights when you don’t have a lot of time to tour. The entire tour took only 2-1/2 hours. One criticism… they give you a map with numbered stops; however when they get to the individual destinations, they don’t tell you what number that is on the map. It makes it confusing to know where you are. Then the bus driver got pretty nasty when I asked him if we were near a particular numbered spot, and he went several blocks beyond the stop where I wanted to get off (which was where I had started the tour).

Just wish we had, had more time to experience all the bus tour offered, but still a fantastic way to see London in a day.

  10. David_S

A superb way to get around The London, you can Hop on and off the bus were ever you want to visit.
The Thames boat cruise is second to non the crews arespot on and the commentary is both factual and really funny.
10/10 would defo recommend to anyone visiting this great city.

  11. Carla_K

We were able to tour London and were able to see many wonderful sights for a reasonable price. The only disadvantage was having to wait over an hour for the bus to make it to our stop on Tothill Street, first thing in the morning.

  12. Tiffany_S

What a perfect way to see London! Great for our family of 5. Took in all of the sites in 1 day. Hopped off to see the Churchill War Rooms and everything in the vicinity. So easy. Just perfect. Highly recommend.

    Worth every penny!
Easy to book on a easy to navigate website.
Was able to reserve our seats for £1 and pay the rest nearer the time.
Tickets sent to both phone and email for ease of access on our trip.
Great communication throughout from this company.
All of the bus drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.
Free ear phones provided to listen to the on-board commentary, which was so useful.
Staff were on hand to help throughout the tour at various stops.
Bus stops were easy to locate and not too far apart.
    All major attractions covered.
River cruise was outstanding. The staff provided a light hearted and informative commentary, which made us laugh.
This tour made our day in London perfect. We managed to see all of the sights in one day and it was so easy to get around.
Would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Best way to get around London to see the sites, switching routes is easy and buses are regular. Would recommend downloading the Big Bus Tour app to get live updates on bus locations and where the closest stops are

  15. Karen_D

Because the Queen died the day before our tour, many sites were obviously closed. We’re were able to see and experience some of the grandeur of London with the river tour and strategic stops.

  16. Ardith_F

Take the walking tours included with this. Very informative and best way to see everything. Julia was so wonderful. If was a changed route due to London Marathon that weekend, but she was so great and funny!

  17. Erica_W

I enjoyed the tour. A great way to see a lot of tourist attractions at once and to learn the history of London. I would recommend it.

  18. debbieathome62

What a great way to see London-very informative and amazingly helpful staff-thanks for a great experience

  19. carly_v

Worth the price for sure! Great commentary and history thru the earbuds provided. Nice to be able to choose to stay on and ride or jump off wherever you wanted.
Only draw back was trying to get top seats for the longer rides (esp with kids) and towards the later part of the day the buses tended to get filled rather quickly and had to pass waiting passengers due to full capacity.
Would not recommend doing the London eye with this tour on the same day even with the fast track – only because it takes up a large chunk of time off the rest of the tour. We chose to do the London eye fastrak on a separate day and so we were able to see many more attractions on the one day bus pass.

  20. Alexandra_Q

Very convenient way to see all the major attractions in London when you have a short amount of time.
