It was a good cruiss for sightseeing from the river most of the first time touristic places. I wish the commentary was synchronized with the boat’s trajectory, so you don’t have to keep looking at the map to figure where you are and start the audio guide. We were lucky to take it during the sunset and it was beautiful to capture it there and see the Eiffel tower during the day and light up at night.

Fantastic experience! Recommend for a first time Paris visit. Easy, seamless boarding process and didn’t have a long wait to board. Plenty of seating onboard too! The audio guide app was a nice feature and fairly easy to use.

Seeing the sights along the River. However, the commentary is a QR code to scanned and you listen from your phone. We had no idea what we were seeing. Booking a river cruise with an actual commentary would be better. Also, people are rude. Regardless of your seat, people just stand in front of you at the rails. An announcement should be made priority to departure about conduct. Sad this is the world we live in.

The lower deck (indoors) passengers had an audio guide but more limited views. The upper deck (outdoors) passengers got great views but almost no narration. I liked not having to choose a cruise time in advance, but the downside is you don’t get a narrator (since walk on passengers don’t have a common shared narration language?). The hop-on/hop-off buses solve this problem by offering audio guide even on the outdoors upper deck. Bateaux Parisiens should do the same.

Directions told us exactly where to go. No problems finding the place. The tour was really good. If you want a seat on the outside of the boat, get there about 30 minutes before to get in line. Overall great experience.

The line up to board was longer than the cruise. Insulting, really… In the blazing sun for an hour and a half. Stop selling tickets if you can’t accommodate. Audio guide couldn’t be heard over live tour guide, who was difficult to hear.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this tour but I loved it! Even though I forgot to do whatever needed to be done to get the audio. There are couple essential tips 1) sit on the left side of the boat, on the top. This is the side that will have amazing views (though they are all good) of the Eiffel Tower on the way back. 2) try to time it with sunset (like 30 min before). For us this was the 8 PM sailing, the boat landed back at 9PM right as Madam Eiffel started to glitter! It was so great.
