No option to advise of food allergies or preferences. One of our party was vegan and ended up with no starter and a main course that was inedible. I have an allergy to cheese and the starter, already on the table when we boarded, contained 2 types of cheese. None of the staff were interested in helping, just told us to email and complain! Overall, very disappointing.

You do get to see some good sites along the Thames but they’re just as seen from the ground for free.

It was very enjoyable but felt in comparison with one we did 3 years which was a lunch this wasn’t as good . Tables not laid as good and food wasn’t either. Also felt it was rude when we were leaving staff expected a tip by leaving money on tray which they held . Jazz band were really good.

The cruise was good value for money. The Jazz band excellent. Service was efficient and food acceptable, but it would have been nice to have had a menu on the table. It is on the website if you can find it. A menu would have added a more professional touch. Overall an enjoyable experience.
Initially we had problems locating the boat.
We were instructed to pick up the boat at the embankment. It would have been more helpful if we were instructed to meet at Westminster where the cruise boats leave from.

Not bad, nothing special. The band was pretty good but they seemed bored and it looked like they would rather be anywhere except on the boat. The food was mediocre at best. Service was ok. All in all, nothing was special about this, all of the staff seemed bored and somewhat bothered by the guests. The only real positive was the beautiful views of London at night. I wouldn’t do it again.
