I was unable to use the voucher. We tried all the bus tour buses but our voucher did not specify one, so none of them would accept it. I ended up paying more for one of the tours so as not to ruin our day. Luckily I paid by credit card, so if they refuse a refund, the credit card company will take action. Better to just get ticket on day and definitely don’t use Viator!!!!

Hi,
I tried to contact you on the day using the number on the booking form and it didn’t exist. We should have been informed that part if the route was closed. This meant walking for some time with 3 young children to find one of your stops. None of your booking booths were open to ask for advice.
When we finally found a stop and got on the bus, we couldn’t hear ourselves due to the horrendously loud vibrations at the back of the bus we struggled locating your stops.

The tour guides were not only informed, but also personally helpful in arranging the most advantageous places to get off and on. We also enjoyed the river tour and would highly recommend it as giving a different perspective to one’s view of London. I was able to take the best street view pictures from the front of the bus top. Particularly for first timers, Hop On-Hop off is a must.

We were given directives that the tour bus picked up at green park underground. Stayed at the pick up location for and hour and a half. Someone from a rival tour company had to give us a ride.

So I guess I would recommend buying a ticket at the bus as I had thought buying ahead on line would have been the most economical! However at the first stop I heard the woman quote 25 pounds to another customer , when I just paid $46 !! Then at one point they stop and I had time to run in a cafe to get an iced coffe but when I came out they ushered me on another bus with a different company! I spent almost riding around but never completed “the loop” and missed being able to take the boat tour because it got so late and I would have missed getting to the theater on time for my play!!! Very disorganized and BS pricing … at one stop a young girl asked to come on and wanted to know how much and who did she pay?! And the bus driver said , oh the girl just left go ahead and get on your ride is free !! Good for her ! But I’m out $46 and didn’t even get to do the boat ride !!

I bought a HOHO bus tick with a river cruise. They would not honor the river cruise. This is a rip off!!! I could have bought the bus ticket cheaper at the place instead of going thru Viator. I was so disappointed and feel I was ripped off. I paid for something I didn’t get. I called snd they said “so sorry”. 🤬🤬
