Perfect way to bring in my birthday, been on my bucket list for years and was so excited to finally cross this off the list!
Pick up was smooth and timely. Drive to location was long but decent ride. Balloon ride was exquisite and had stunning views. The ride went really high too and had the best views of the sun rise. The landing was a tad bumpy but not the operators fault at all.
We did get stuck a little trying to leave but our driver figured it out eventually. I would say although the breakfast was good, I did expect a little more since the excursion is a little pricy. But other than that it was a great experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were collected from our hotel on time in an air-conditioned car, about a 45 min ride to the meeting point, welcome drinks (tea/coffee/water) and then off to the balloon. Ibribim was our point of contact and he was really pleasant to deal with. He took loads of photos as we took off and sent them to us afterwards. The balloon ride itself was breathtakingly beautiful, quiet, serene.
Hot top (literally): bring a hat, because the heat on your head from the jet is pretty intense. Also, be prepared for a potentially bumpy landing (if it’s windy) and make sure you can secure your iPad/phone away, as you will be squatting down in the basket and holding onto the ropes inside the basket (the mandatory landing position).
The breakfast and falconery/camels afterwards are also nice, but definitely not the highlight.
Overall, a fabulous morning and worth every penny.

Captain Orlando was amazing great flight with smooth landing. Pick up was easy from our accommodations. Breakfast could have been better I was expecting more on that part. Scrambled eggs with sausage and some fruit and bread. Not the premium breakfast I had thought But balloon ride was totally worth it

This was our first time on a hot air balloon , we had an amazing time from pickup till drop to our hotel . Faraz was an amazing driver and guide , was very helpful with our questions . Balloon ride was very smooth and the pilots were well trained and explained the features nicely . The reason why I gave 4 stars is for the breakfast experience, it was pathetic , we were served terrible scrambled eggs, sausages and bread we would have rather gone back early to the hotel instead of wasting time at the breakfast stop .

Such an exhilarating thrill this was. It had been on my bucket list my entire life, and it lived up, up, and away above my anticipation. Great pilots and guides, breathtaking views, and a charming ride. Then we are treated to camel rides, holding a falcon, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Car service to and from our hotel. Everything was beautiful from start to finish. I recommend bringing a jacket because at 5:00 AM in the desert, it is somewhat cold, at least in February, but you forget all about it as the sun rises, and with it, the balloon.
