Unbelievable experience for my husbands surprise birthday present , very impressed from start to finish, we were well looked after by a very professional team no short cuts , our pick up was punctual, fun and full of information, comms were excellent and kept you fully informed the day prior to flight, our captain Hylke was great , very informative , ballon ride was surreal stunning views as well as seeing onyx to camels and of course the amazing sunrise, safety briefing very thorough , the drone at the start was fab , the vintage land rover transfer to our breakfast destination through the sand dunes was a great experience, breakfast covered all options, it is chilly first thing so a fleece or jacket is needed. Definitely value for money, a must if visiting Dubai … would highly recommend ..you will not be disappointed.

Literally everything about this experience was excellent. Our driver/guide Stephan could not have been more wonderful..friendly, helpful, etc. The drone show, ballon ride and breakfast all greatly exceeded our expectations. And a wonderful plus was the camel ride at the end! Do not miss this experience!

The hot air balloon experience is truly an amazing one! Captain Sheran was soo smooth with take off and landing even with motion sickness problems I was actually completely fine throughout the whole flight. Ravi was an amazing guide and photographer shall I say! He took some great photos of me and my husband which we’ll look back at for a lifetime!

This ballooning adventure is an incredible morning that ranges from the peace of a desert sunrise to an exhilarating ride in a vintage jeep, and we recommend it highly. The company are ultra professional with safety as their top priority, but that doesn’t stop them from having fun and giving their guests a superb and memorable time.
I know there are dozens of others who work behind the scenes to make this happen every morning but we’d like to especially thank our fabulously energetic driver Nikki and our fabulously talented pilot Hylke for all they did to make our day so special. And to K and C for being such delightful minivan and ballooning companions.
