I booked for this tour but was not available on my selected date. Instead the tour was Heidelberg and Rottenberg. The tour was nice and i get to see and know about the places. They are beautiful.

The tour office was only provided as an address on the voucher. The operator’s brochure has a better loaction guide as it not easy to find. The office guide is not friendly at all.

Including me, there were only three passengers on this trip. Peter, our driver, was fantastic, knowledgable and friendly. He was very accommodating to each of us. Due to some misfortune with alarm clocks and timezones, I nearly missed the boarding, but the tour company not only called me, but also made out-of-the-ordinary arrangements to pick me up at my hotel. Super-duper helpful and really over-the-top customer service. The stops, Heidelberg and Nuremberg, were great. The castles were gorgeous and I took some pictures of the scenery that I’m proud of. Peter offered suggestions for best coffee house and best place for regional sausages in addition to knowledge of the cities’ history. Because there were only three of us, there was no need for a large bus, so we had a 9-passenger van. The van had more than enough room of course, but was not very comfortable for the 6 total hours of riding. I’m happy with the tour, grateful that I had such a great driver and thoughtful team. Next time I’m in Frankfurt with a day to spare, I’ll definitely book another tour and request Peter.

This was a wonderful trip! It was only myself and my wife so we had a car and driver, and our driver, Jack, was great. He gave us background on all of the places we saw. The tour included the castle in Heidelberg as well as the town itself, with a stop on our own for coffee and a bite to eat, then we headed to Nuremberg and visited the Former Nazi Rally Grounds, the building where the trials took place, and Nuremberg’s Market Square, where a lot of local artisans sell their wares. It was a long and wonderful day in which we got to see quite a lot that we would not have seem otherwise. Highly recommend the trip and our driver, Jack!

This tour was informative and enjoyable. Our tourguide Thomas was professional, friendly and amazing as he switched fluidly from English to Portuguese to German. It was a long day but every minute was well used and filled with relaxing views, walking tours and information. We were a small group of just three travelers and rode in a nice Mercedes sedan- limo. I highly recommend this tour.

the description of this tour it seemed like it would be going to Heidelberg first and then on to Nuremberg. But our driver did the opposite so we spent about 80% of this trip in the car. This was slightly expected knowing how are these cities are from Frankfurt. Overall not worth the money spent

Our tour guide, Peter, was excellent and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. We started in Heidelberg. This was beautiful and Peter told many stories about the castle and the area. Due to a 45 minute delay on the highway, we went to Rottenburg instead of Nuremburg. Peter was able to help make the best of this change and pointed us in the direction of a good restaurant. He then gave us a tour of the town. Very pretty and walking the wall that surrounds the town helps you feel the history.
