We had a lovely day, visiting the beautiful Rhine Valley. The bus arrived on time and everything ran to plan for the whole day. The people in our tour were all friendly and it made the day very enjoyable. We loved the cable car journey down to the little town for lunch and the cruise on the Rhine was a treat, with so much to see along the way.

Great trip, very helpful driving guide from this journey.
Good choice for the sightseeing and good restaurant for lunch, their services are superb.
Wine tasting is fun.

I enjoyed the boat ride on the river, learning about the different sites. The stop at the monument above the Rhine was great, amazing views of the river, it was also very interesting to see the monument, I believe to commemorate the founding of Germany as a country. The tour guide and driver were great.

Michael was an excellent tour guide. Very upbeat and friendly. He was full of lots of information about Frankfurt and Rhine area that he loves to share! Thank you for a lovely day! I especially loved the boat ride.

The Lift, traveling up the mountain to the bronze accented statue, and overlooking the city in the valley.
Cleve_J –
The trip was comfortable for me as a 70 year old. The boat cruise was excellent. As a history buff I really enjoyed seeing the castles and the information provided by our guide.
Emma_G –
Our guide Michael was excellent! He was so personable and has the whole bus laughing and singing along to songs. He gave us interesting facts about Frankfurt & showed us German songs. He was very efficient when it came to detours and still had us back in time as promised. The river cruise was especially beautiful – we were lucky to have sun! – and Michael was eager to give us bonus facts on the ride back about the things we saw. The flow of the day was very smooth and pleasant. The restaurant was charming & the food was good & staff was friendly. People who are rating this tour low because of the wine tasting perhaps need to be a little more open minded when it comes to travel. The samples are small but it should be a small part of an overall experience. You get a good enough taste to know if you want a bottle but it should not be the focus of the trip anyway. If you are a traveler coming for a small town German experience, you will not disappointed (we were only sad to leave!). I 100% recommend this trip to any and all who are looking to explore a beautiful part of Germany with a very friendly guide.

The scenic view from near the statue, and excellent tour guide who kept us in our toes and very punctual

This trip was very pleasant, with excellent guide (William – Wilhelm) and driver. Lunch at the kitsch cafe near Rudesheim was fun, and our boat trip past the castles on the Rhine was wonderful. We enjoyed the view from the Germania Statue and appreciated the informative chat from our guide as we drove along. – lots of interesting information about Germany!
Thank you for a great day out!

Mackenzie_C –
Great tour! A nice balance of bus riding, walking, boat riding and eating. Definitely take the lift ride down when they offer. Very pretty!
Dianne_B –
Large group experience. Bus to the river with lunch and chairlift scenic experience before cruise. Would have like more narrative about the sights we were seeing on the cruise. It was breathtakingly beautiful, but some talking points would have helped. The stop for wine tasting after the cruise was not needed and seemed a little pointless. It would have been nicer to spend a little time walking and experiencing the town. Guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Craig_P –
Great trip with knowledgeable guide. Cruise was the highlight, lunch was nice in a quirky restaurant and the side trip views were well worth it. I’ve deducted a star because the wine tasting is a joke, you spend the day in wine country to be handed 4 thimbles of sweet wine by the guide. To be fair it’s not a wine tour and the rest of the trip was well worth it.
AvashneeRamdial –
Good tour, lunch which was included in the tour was very poor. Needed to pay for drinks which was way over priced. Enjoyed the cable car ride
Biarrowitz_P –
Overall it was an informative trip. Guide was knowledgeable & accommodating. The only downside is the wine tasting which is done at the same restaurant as the lunch. Would have been much better if it is at one of the many wineries along the way.
Albert_L –
The tour was enjoyable from start to finish. Entertaining commentary from Michael the tour guide. Well organised and fun, a great day out.

The bus tour, chair ride and boat rides were pretty wonderful. Our guide was good and funny. The restaurant where we had lunch and later tastes very small samples of wine were not as good.
Armond_H –
The tour would take you to one designated restaurant, food is decent, later you would return to the same restaurant for a wine tasting experience, total of 4 different wines, each is two teaspoons. My problem is when the same place would ripoff tourists. I decided to buy a bottle of wine from the same restaurant to help them out, they sold me the wine for 26 euros, where another restaurant two blocks down was selling it for €10. I would have appreciated if the tour guide would inform us that the place is a ripoff.
