The local tour company was not well informed and arrived to pick us up over an hour late. We had to find a security person to call the company. A fatal accident on a major motorway then contributed to the situation. We were shuttled all over the countryside trying to get to our destination and at times our driver appeared lost and had to call for directions. He tried to explain that he was from Dublin and was not usually driving in this area. More and more delays and detours made us have to skip our first stop and our rest stop. We arrived late at the Causeway and again were rushed and were not given enough time to fully complete the hike down to the Causeway. It was rush, rush, rush all day and we were unable to make it to the actual Causeway because we had to be back at the bus to rush back to the ship. It was not the pleasant, relaxed day we had anticipated. The sights were worth it but the anxiety was not.

Very Nice excursion. The itinerary is good. Excellent driver/guide. Will book future trips from Viator again.

We had a wonderful day with William. He was so accommodating and wanted us all to have the best experience and we did. Would highly recommend this trip.

One of the most unusual and breathtaking experiences of our life. The walk down to the causeway was quite long, so we hopped on the shuttle on the way back. Spent an hour there enjoying the beautiful weather and the cliffs by the ocean. N. Ireland is drop dead gorgeous.

Very nice tour. The driver was on time and willing to do what ever to make everyone happy. Highly recommended.

The tour started out very poorly, as the driver, William, wasn’t out among the other drivers waiting to pick up their guests. I walked the entire bus line of tour buses and found William, outside his bus, smoking. I asked him if he had 15 passengers under my name and he said yes. He then said that he didn’t want to stand out front with a sign, and that is why he was back at his bus. I felt this was a terrible way to do business. I also noted that he could have use a bath.
Once we all got onto our bus, William was a good driver. He talked us out of going to the rope bridge, saying it was a 1 1/2 hour wait to cross. It would have been nice to see the rope bridge, and watch others cross, but it was very apparent that he didn’t want to go there. He took us to the Bushmill Distillary, but they didn’t open for another hour since it was Sunday. He had forgotten that it was Sunday. He took us to the Titantic display in Belfast, and let people out to take pictures, but didn’t state a time they should be back in the bus. We waited for 30 minutes for 2 couples.
We loved Giants Causeway and we did have enough time to walk there and back, and have lunch. William just didn’t seem organized or concerned with our tour.

This is the only tour I found that takes you to the rope bridge. It was an amazing experience.

The weather was typical for the area but the view was wonderful. We did not pay extra to actually cross the bridge but walked close enough to see everything Carrick-a-Rede. The Causeway was impressive but glad we took the shuttle instead of walking! Visited a great little pub after viewing to try out the local brews!

Tour company Finns Tours could definitely have their representative improve on their people skills and company reputation.

Well worth the money. The cruise ship could not offer us what we did on this excursion and if they did it would have cost double the amount we paid for this excursion.

Tour run by “Allen Tours”. I guess not enough ship customers, so took us to downtown Belfast for 45 minutes while they sold tickets to fill the bus with customers off the street. Therefore “no time” to drive coastal route as promised. No real tour guide, as driver was fairly quiet most of the way.

This tour was really worth it. We took this tour yesterday. We were picked up right at the pier where Crown Princess was docked. Captain John was our driver/guide and he was very informative and funny too. Never a dull moment. He’s an amazing driver and got us to our destinations quickly and safely to give us more time to enjoy it. He gives great recommendations for how to navigate through the places and get to the most interesting and picturesque spots. We got more than we expected. This company (Finn Mccools tours) did such a wonderful job. We definitely recommend this tour and will definitely take it again.

we had ample time at each site and the driver saw that we were game of thrones fans so took us to the dark hedges, which wasn’t on the original plan but which everyone agreed was preferable to the rope bridge

We had an enjoyable day with Patrick as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and willing to take pictures of us at various points of interest. We lucked out on a lovely, warm day to walk down to the causeway. Seeing The Titanic Museum was amazing as my grandfather saw the Titanic leave Southampton. We just wished we had had more time at the museum as we felt a bit rushed in the end.

En général, c’était bien, mais on est déçu de ne pas avoir été à Belfast, malgré que le groupe a respecté le temps. Enlever les arrèts photos et donner du temps à Belfast.

It was a wonderful tour. Would highly recommend it. Delaney and John showed how much they cared that we have a safe and wonderful tour.
I highly recommend them for any further tours.

Disappointing, with very little time at the titanic museum. The tour guide had very poor control over all of us on the ship kept losing count of who was on the bus and who was not, had to do roll call, very inexperienced, and it showed.
